The picture of the pan does not depict an enameled surface but the description claims it is Could you tell me which it is?

There is no enamel on it. The steel has withstood very well at high temperatures because of its high quality. As it ages, it becomes darker and stickier, though we have not experienced any problems with food sticking.

In the product notes, it is noted that it is enamelled steel, but the product information states that it is raw steel. "What is it?" I asked. ?

Cooking and heating surfaces are made entirely of high quality steel and without any enamel except for two painted handles that have enameled coatings.

In relation to the bottom of the pan, how large is it?

I am 5 inches tall.
