The order I placed was never delivered

In order to receive the Bayou Classic 7408 Set of Six Fajita Pans with Wooden Trays and Mitts, I had to order two. I only received Upon being asked to return it, I did so. As a result, they Again, I only got 1 of the packages that I shipped. As I replied back saying I only received 1, I have yet to hear from anyone as to why I only received 1 every time they shipped.
