Questions & Answers

What are the chances of this hanging from the bottom of a At the bottom of my upper cabinets, there is 40" of space between the counter and the bottom. ?

Sure, you can do that. There is actually a way to hook the wooden portion directly under the cabinet, so you wouldn't have to hang your pots as far as 40".

Is it possible to cut the rack in half or remove the components, and use the half-rack How about a piece that is an inch in It's hard for me to fit 36 inches in my space. ?

There is no such thing as impossible. The idea of cutting off the end pieces and drilling 2 new holes to add the hanging end pieces has already been suggested. Thus, we should be able to achieve the right overall balance. Neither the rack nor the items on it are intended to hold the weight of lots of pots or other In terms of helping us save space and other things, it remains one of our best purchases. Due to the fact that most of the people in our house are tall, we did not use hanging chains.

In what way is it installed in Can toggle bolts be used?

Using the screw/hook that are included in the rack, you can attach it to a stud. In order to install dry wall, you will need alternate toggle bolts.

The hooks are there how many in total? There are reviews that say "four." and some that say "six?"?

The hooks in mine, which I received a week ago, are as shown in the photo - six of them - The chairs are fixed on two sides and swivel on four. A total of fourteen has been added to each of these four categories.

I am very impressed with how well they work
5/5

I'm in awe of it. A small kitchen with little cabinet space and limited wall space is my home. The hooks were bolted to the ceiling and they work great, and I used only the hooks and not the chain (because of my high ceiling). In total, I managed to fit about 10 pans on a There are extra hooks I purchased (do not buy the swivel ones as they cause the rack to swing a lot). As instructed, I was unable to sink the hooks into the ceiling studs but instead used molleys to secure the hooks. On each of my pans, I have about 26 pounds (the weight limit is 33 pounds) without encountering any problems.

I think you'll end up having to buy more hooks since this rack is great for the price
5/5

There is plenty of space for additional hooks (at an extra charge) on this hanging pot rack, so it's a good value for the money. Check out my photo for an idea of how mine looks with 8 extra hangers (total 8 fixed, 6 swivel) and a little extra chain for hanging a bunch of my frequently used items We keep our most used cookware, pot lids, wok rings, vegetable baskets, and frying screens in the kitchen. This solution will free up a lot of cabinet space for the big roasters, chili pots, and other rarely used appliances Parts that have already been used. Please take note A total of 4 Es are included I used the two hooks in the middle and at one end to attach the lid chain to the ceiling mount (there is an attachment point in the middle if you want extra weight capacity), so the two hooks at the center and one end were used for attaching the screen. It's a little crowded, but works well. With 14 hooks, I think I've used up most of the available space. Your mileage may vary, though. In addition to two fairly-priced There are several cast-iron pans I have that weigh at least 50 pounds. It hangs perfectly on this rack - no problem at all If you're going to do something like this, be sure to attach to studs on the ceiling If I were doing this in sheetrock, I wouldn't rely on mollybolts.

Its looks good, it's easy to install, and it's functional as well
5/5

I'm in love with Assembly was simple, it looks beautiful, and it functions flawlessly. The hooks I was using to hang my fruit baskets served as the hooks for this. Since I could not put it on a ceiling strut where I wanted to mount it, I needed toggle bolts. When I asked my husband if they were strong enough, he reached up and yanked it really hard and it was pretty clear it would not move. Despite the instructions stating that they must be mounted in a ceiling beam, I am able to achieve the same results using toggle bolts already installed in the sheetrock. I have always wanted a pot rack, and now I.

The design is very cool
5/5

This is practical and appealing, and I love it! It's such a beautiful pot rack, and I am glad that my husband and I purchased it. This is a minimal, modern, sleek design. I installed it above a window between open shelves on either side. I am very happy with the result. Despite not being able to locate our ceiling joists, we used hooks and mounting hardware from Home Depot. As well, we did not use the chains that were provided since we wanted to raise it up higher. He said they will probably annoy me because they swivel so easily since the hooks come with 4 stationary hooks and 2 swivel hooks. It will take a few days for us to find out if it works. There is a possibility of going with static hooks only. It's a very cool design all in all. I love it as much as my husband does. The picture below shows the mess on our counters (please excuse the mess).

As near as I could tell, this product satisfied my requirements. Panoramic photography is included in this package I found the hooks and chains to be perfect, but because my kitchen is finished in black, white, and stainless steel, the wooden bars did not suit my decor. As far as we know, this product does not come in any alternative finishes, such as In order to strengthen it, I substituted steel bars for the wooden bars that came with the product (which were honestly rather flimsy). Further, I thought the included ceiling would be too high for the included Even in a stud (joist), these hooks would carry the weight of my cast-iron cookware, and I wanted to get peace of mind, so I chose heavier-gauge, stronger hooks The strong screw eyes are intended to hang punching bags instead of the included small ceiling hooks, which are intended primarily for hanging punching bags. The following materials can be found mostly in the "fasteners" aisle of your local orange home improvement store, which you can also use to follow in my footsteps I. - 1" wide x 1/4" thick steel flat bars - 2 36" long x 1" wide x 1/4" thick bars - A heavy-duty screwdriver and two heavy-duty screws I see you
- The first quarter of the year- A 1/4-inch (1/4”) drill bit for drilling metal
- A set of three machine screws of #10-size If it is a 1, it is 32. One of 25 or one of With a length of 5 inches and a width of #10 The nut is 32 mm, and the cap nut is 8 mm. Due to the metal construction, there is no need to wash it. As with the holes in the wood bars, drill 3 holes in the metal sections in the same arrangement as the holes in the wood sections There is a hole at either end and in the middle, one inch from each end. There are drill bits designed for drilling metal, but you will need a drill bit designed for household drills (mine is a cheap cordless black and decker). The area should be liberally sprayed with WD-40 To avoid sparks or friction, hold the drill down at 40 degrees. You should use a cardboard box below the metal to prevent destroying the floor or the drill bit after puncturing it. It's time to pass the #10 The steel bar is screwed through, followed by the metal spacers that come with the product, and then the other bar is screwed on. With a screwdriver, tighten the nut while a pair of pliers or a wrench holds it in place. There you go. In place of the machine screws you could use included fasteners (again, I urge you to do so) but you will need an adapter of about 3/8-inch diameter A bar must be at least one inch thick to keep the included hooks at the right distance from one another. In my case, I wasn't able to find a spacer that was the right size, and my way certainly feels In my opinion, I like this product a lot after the modifications I have done.

What an awesome idea! That's what we're loving right now
5/5

I really like how this works. In our case, we did not need chains because our ceiling isn't that high, but the result is still the same. I like it! Choosing the best color for our cabinets was a little challenging, but we were able to bring it up with some wood toning and it worked perfectly. We did not use "joists". As a result, we bought some butterfly mounts from the hardware store that can go up into the ceiling and open once they are placed, making the installation more stable. The middle one is in the middle of three. There is no compromise in terms of stability or security.

I love it
5/5

I'm in love with In addition to being very inexpensive, it is also quite durable. In my case, all of the pans hanging are 28 pounds, so the maximum weight is 33 pounds. Hence, you can see that it can hold quite a bit. It's unclear how to hang it, but after a little bit of practice I can figure out how to do added storage to this project by wrapping an S hook around the center screw (not included). Voici a tip In the event the chain is too long for your ceiling height, drape the excess chain links over the double bar and use the extra W hooks (included). Here we go! You now have two places to hang your clothes! On the close up photo, you can tell what I'm talking about.
