It was told to me that they have a cast iron griddle that is made of 100 percent cast iron and does not contain The grate that fits my burner has been purchased, and I intend to purchase my own cast iron soon. There is nothing useful in this thing they sent along with it.

Cast iron is not used for this griddle. Sadly, there is no way to remove the I have looked for a replacement for the cast iron but have not found one. Buying a car has become a habit for me in the past two.
It has been used daily for over a year, but is showing wear marks after the first few uses, as though the finish has come Except for that I would love to have.
There's no doubt in my mind that I own the worst car ever. My GE Gas range degraded so much that the aluminum surface of the griddle started showing through by November of 2019. I purchased it in June of 2019. In November 2019, I purchased this replacement from GE, and the replacement is now again showing the aluminum surface. A problem with both griddles is how difficult it is to clean them, which is likely contributing to the wear and tear. All of the 5 star reviews of this item make no sense to me unless GE modified their process for creating.
The stove we have has been in our house for 3 years now In our household, the griddle is what we use the most. It is great for warming Since getting this griddle, I no longer miss using a toaster oven. Our daily use of it over the years wore it out, and the washing over and over tarnished it I am done. The reason I ordered a new one was because of that. It is an exact match to the size and To make sure your oven is the right one, I attached a picture of the model number on my stove. To make sure I ordered the right griddle, I went to GE's website, found my oven, and then made my selection. Additionally, I have attached a picture of my old griddle & pan I've got a new one now. It is amazing how much difference there is! My stove seems to have come back to life!.

Due to the importance of this feature of our stove, we wanted to make sure we can use it for many years to come, so we purchased now while they are still available and will keep the new one in our storage unit until we need it. Item was just as described, packaged very well, shipped fast, and exactly what I needed.
In July 2019, I invested in a GE gas range (model JGSS66SELSS). There are scratches and signs of wear on the griddle, but it still works perfectly well. When we have guests at home, I am going to buy a new one. Perfectly fitted and looks stunning, this griddle is perfect for every kitchen. It has given the range a new look. In an effort to help the environment, I return used griddle to the guests after they depart. In general, I am glad with this purchase, though I did feel it was a bit pricey.
