My old Blackstone is far superior to the newer model in my opinion. Why? The old one heats up, and I mean really heats up. My new Blackstone doesn't get hot enough to sear, so I'm guessing Blackstone is concerned about safety these days. I don't have to worry about burning my hand if I tap it on the griddle's hottest spot. I've ordered a new gas hose without a regulator to see if that's the issue; if it isn't, I'm not sure what to say; if it isn't, I'm not sure what else to say; otherwise, this is the last Blackstone I'll buy.

I'll never use a regular gas grill again. This is a fantastic griddle. Put it all on at the same time. As if you were a restaurant pro, toss everything together. All of the meats, shrimp, vegetables, rice, and noodles are juggled at the same time. There's no need to be concerned about sticking. After you've followed the instructions for seasoning, nothing sticks. Every time you use the seasoning, it gets better. It's a dream come true to clean your house. Before storing it, apply a light coat of oil. You're ready to go the next time. Cooking here is a lot of fun.

Grilling is fantastic. My only regret is that I did not purchase it earlier. Waffle House uses a grill similar to this one. This thing is a beast, so read the instructions carefully and SEASON THE GRILL BEFORE YOU START COOKING! br>br>You can buy BlackStone seasoning oil or grape seed oil, which I recommend. Preheat the grill to high heat, then pour some grape seed oil onto the cooktop and use a paper towel to coat the entire surface with a thin layer of oil. Allow it to smoke for at least 10 minutes. After that, you're all set to go! Good luck with your cooking!.

I didn't know what kind of griddle to get except that it had to be big! I read the reviews and found that this one had the best overall rating. I can attest to the fact that I have NO REGRETS ABOUT THIS PURCHASE! It's where we make everything. Breakfast, fajitas, grilled cheese, and burgers are all on the menu! The friends of my husband are envious! Get it for him as a Father's Day present!.

I made panbazos the first time I used it, and queso birria tacos the second time I used it. If you've ever cooked one of these, you know how much of a mess they make! This is where the blackstone griddle comes in handy! Cleaning up is a breeze. It comes highly recommended from me!.

I recently purchased a Blackstone and recently completed my first cooking experience on it, which was fantastic. It took me 10 minutes to put it together, and I'm impressed with the quality of the materials; it's very sturdy, and the wheels make it very easy to move. Before cooking, I followed the seasoning instructions and put about 5 layers of seasoning on the grilling surface until it turned black. The food was delicious, and the cleanup was a breeze. This is much easier to clean than my old gas grill, which took an hour. People who complain about rust don't read the instructions or take precautions to protect their grill. To help maintain the product, I purchased a BS steel top as well as a vinyl cover; the cooking surface must always be seasoned with light oil and well covered when not in use. I'm hoping for a long time of grilling on the pool patio!.
