This bread is perfect for sourdough

The sole reason I bought this was to make sourdough bread, although I knew it could be used for other things as well. We used a flapper pad on a grinder to polish the lid and grille. In addition to potroasts, I have made vegetable beef soup and vegetable beef stews. Both turned out well.

I thought cast iron cookware was made of iron, but this one seems to be made from something else. It has been proposed that we send a sample of water that was boiled in the pot to be tested, likely because other metals in the alloy could be toxic.

The door of my small wall oven only fits diagonally, so I can only use this device as a toaster. That's true, but it's not accurate.

We'll stop here Honestly, I probably won't use it for the purpose for which it was designed - BBQ. Pit Boss is the name of the brand, after all. The thing that keeps the heat in is this thing.
