If you're using regular cast iron, it should work, but if the cast iron is coated, like ceramic or porcelain glazed, I wouldn't recommend it.
I believe the US to be the case. This product is made by The Fulham Group, located in Newton, Massachusetts.
There are no issues with the size of these tools. They are about 10" long or so. In any case, I'd stay away from it. The long ones will not have handles since they will fall out.
Unlike my husband, I did not have a hole in mine when I bought it.

It's the first set of quality made tools that I have ever come across. Ordered the Blackstone tool set and it was so thin and cheaply made that I regret it. It only takes two pieces from this Cuisinart set to equal the weight of the entire blackstone set of six pieces. One thing I don't like about these is there is no hole located in one of the handles to hang them up. To hang them off the Flattop, I'm going to have to drill my own holes. The fact that Amazon simply applied a label onto the display box and did not ship it in a shipping box is also surprising. Due to the weight of the package, the package arrived split open. Luckily, Cuisinart didn't overlook the packaging and zip tied everything together so nothing was lost.
Although they are very fragile, they break easily. At the time these were new, they were awesome. A cheap kit was the best choice for me since I just began cooking on a griddle. I recommend this set as a starter kit, but if you're going to use them a lot, they WILL come apart. I have other friends who bought this same set based on my recommendation and they also had the same problem. We have been using the handle for about a month, and it freezes up and falls Whenever you're making a purchase, just make sure you know what you're getting.
The quality of this set is outstanding. There is enough weight on all of the spatulas to ensure they will stay on the griddle without It's easy to slide under delicate things such as eggs and pancakes because the edges are all beveled. Embrace length with the short spatulas that are perfect for pancakes and fried eggs. The only complaint I have is that the handle is not easily mounted by a loop or hole. For me, it is not a very big deal because I have a magnet to hang my griddle The reviews I saw on these said some people used them in a regular skillet which was not a good idea. An outdoor griddle requires spatulas of a specific size and these are designed to fit that purpose. Those reviews should be ignored they represent a failure on the part of the customer.
This is the original set of off-the-wall I returned brand spatulas that came with them all falling out of the handles, and then ordered these because I have had good luck with Cuisinart tools in the past. I haven't encountered any problems with them yet, but I feel a little loose in the handles after using one of the long spatulas, and they haven't fallen out. The prevalence of such things is not familiar to me. Other than that, I find the set to be great and would recommend them in place of any off-brand.
You've got the real deal here. There's no such thing as a toy here! Despite the fact that they are too pretty to throw in the BBQ, I keep them in my kitchen. Even if they are abused outdoors, they should be okay. In the kitchen we have a griddle and a cast iron skillet, so the 3 smaller pieces work perfectly with.

Steel is a good material on these. We were impressed with how well made and quality everything looked. I am having a little trouble with the longer spatulas, which are just a little wobbly. There was a little disappointment in this for me. Additionally, the scraper is a little short, which makes using it on a hot griddle impossible. In addition to this, I use it for other purposes. It would not be a purchase I would make.
