This is a really nice product. I like the square end of the tools instead of the rounded ends. There is certainly a tendency for food to stick to these slightly more than to my polished set, so polishing them could be beneficial. The tools in this set are less flexible than other sets that I have from another manufacturer, so if you're looking for a stronger set of tools, this is the set tend to be more difficult to clean thanks to the serrated edge and bottle opener on the back. I could have done without those features. It is possible for eggs to escape the egg forms since they do not form a good seal with the cooktop. Among my egg forms, I have some that are probably 20 years old, but they are thicker and do not exhibit this defect.
Each of the spatulas has a spike on the right side, which is my biggest complaint. They are to do Hibachi on my griddle, and when I pick up food on the left spatula, the spikes are in the middle, allowing the food to fall
Apart from that, they're fine. I probably should've gone with regular spatulas without all the spikes/openings since the bottle opener is a nice touch, but in retrospect I probably should have chosen a normal spatula.
This is a strong, sturdy knife, a little stiff for eating, but it is perfect for cutting and quick scraping. They are not the most comfortable handles, but they serve their purpose. Although food sometimes sticks to my fingers, that's probably just me. When foods are hot, they don't stick as much. Thanks a lot for the scraper! Since I am new to the griddle/hibachi, these are the first utensils I have bought. A set of BlackStone drums recently arrived on my doorstep. However, they are less reliable with heavy stuff. They are a lot more flexible and comfortable, but they work less well with In other words, there is some trade-off here, and I am happy to have both sets of cooking tools depending on what I cook.
You'll find that it makes for a pretty good griddle starter kit. In addition to my SteelMade flat top griddle for my three burner Weber, I wanted to have an inexpensive set of griddle spatulas and a scraper for scrubbing the grill. It was good to see these guys again. Flip meats and eggs, eat pancakes, chop vegetables, and pick up fried rice or scrambled eggs with the spatulas. They can be used to make smash burgers because they are extremely sturdy. This scraper makes it super easy to chop and mix on the griddle surface and clean up is super quick and easy (I recommend getting a cheap heat resistant glove, however). In addition to the bottles and egg molds, the bottle opener is a nice touch. There aren't these kinds of things to make a fuss over, but there is something nice about the stainless steel spatula. Yes, I would purchase them again, although I don't expect to need to do so.
Thank you very much - This product has been made and is As a result, I ordered them to hang from my Cuisinart 360° griddle cooking center, which has hanging knobs. Considering that these were engineered for this purpose, I thought I was being naive. The mistake I made was my own. Due to the handles' size, there is not enough room for the knobs to fit over the holes in the handles. Therefore, I had to add leather straps to be able to hang them.
Perhaps a star should be taken off for this, but I don't think it's fair. 2) I realized I would have liked 1) if you want to sling mouthfuls of sake like a hibachi chef, these water bottles aren't up to the Cleans well and is good for sauces, but you will spill a lot of sake and blind a few people if you want.
I use it three to four times per Whether you're cooking a Hibachi, breakfast or crapes, this set works great. This set gives me so many ideas. I was surprised that even the plastic bottle is of such high quality. I would shorten the length of at least one spatula to make it more maneuverable, since I find that good quality steel adds a lot of weight to each tool. Not saying you can't get a higher quality set 4 to 5 times the price though. I would recommend this set highly.
