Is it big enough to use as a dinner plate cover?

A standard dinner plate will not be completely covered by it.

Is that a thin foil? I'm going to have to wrap some chocolates. ?

This foil is a little thicker than regular foil, but it bends more easily. Unlike conventional foil, this foil has tiny scores along the edge that make wrapping items a little easier. I bought this a few weeks ago to use as a wrapper for chocolate bars. The foil itself was fine, but the top few sheets were smashed and crumpled. Aside from that, the foil can be used to wrap chocolates.

Is gold tin foil suitable for baking potatoes?

Yes, we did use it for that purpose. Excellent craftsmanship.

How c; Is it similar to real gold leaf in terms of color and sheen?

I don't believe it could be mistaken for gold leaf. We bought it for a lobster roll fundraiser and needed some tinfoil wrap to differentiate the "no mayo" sandwiches from the regular ones. It has nothing to do with art.

A tropical-themed dinner was held for us. I made baked potatoes in the shape of pineapples. This foil worked out beautifully.

It's extremely thin and prone to tearing

This was purchased for a craft project, and it fulfilled my requirements. If you're buying it to use as regular foil, keep in mind that it's extremely thin and prone to tearing. I'd say it's a little thinner than store-bought foil.

It was difficult to tear

We wrapped extra-large chocolate kisses in these. It was a slam dunk. It was simple to cut to the required size, but it didn't tear when twisted to enclose the kiss.

Wraps in gold foil are fantastic

I wrapped bath bombs in these. It was an excellent solution. The first few sheets were a little wrinkly, as others have mentioned, but I can live with that in a box of 200. I would strongly suggest it.

It appeals to me because one side is silver and the other is gold. br>br>It's fun to have kids in a scout troop or a young women's event make tinfoil sculptures every now and then. It's a simple and inexpensive activity to participate in. You can challenge them to play a game of pictionary or build something on a specific subject, and giving them these sheets will only increase their creativity. br>br>Have fun.

It produces lovely foil paper

Your product was excellent, but the box began to fall apart, making it difficult to remove the sheets. The cardboard box is thin and frail. Aside from that, I really like the foil paper I can make with your product for mixed media.
