You can prep these ahead of time for easy meals! Due to not using a microwave, it is a challenge for me to find enough inexpensive containers to store an entire month's worth of food. In the top of my freezer, I can fit about 20 of these containers. You can get a better feel for how it works by looking at some pictures I took. You could probably fit two servings into the container if you wanted to, but I only put one serving in it.
