The BZ10 features traditional Italian styling and is made of AISI 304 commercial grade polished stainless steel.

The BZ10 group head, which bears the machine's name, is a specialized, electrically heated group head that is designed for maximum temperature stability. Two dedicated heating elements and a thermostat control the temperature of the group head. The dual elements help to maintain temperature stability by providing even heating to the group head.

The BZ10 is brewed with a 1. The boiler is a 5 liter heat exchange boiler that can brew and steam at the same time, and it has a high limit switch that cuts off power at 266 degrees to prevent overheating. The boiler has been plated using the Nistla electrolytic process, and it complies with NSF food safety standards. The three-way solenoid valve drains excess water directly into the drip tray after you've finished brewing.

Both the steam and hot water wands on the machine are mounted on ball joints, allowing for complete articulation. With only 40 seconds of recovery time, up to 600ml or 20 oz of continuous steaming can be produced. The water reservoir on the BZ10 has a total capacity of 3 liters, which is more than enough for a home machine.

The Bezzera BZ10 is a 9-inch long piece of jewelry. 8" W X 14" H X 8" W X 14" H 7" H X 16" W X 7" H X 16" W It measures 7" D and weighs 42 lbs. Needs to be replenished on a regular basis. Connecting to your home's water supply is not a good idea.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I had to return this item. It was an excellent match for our household. It's the best machine I've ever used in terms of speed, accuracy, and overall quality. The issue is that it is simply too costly for our household. It was a sad day for me when I packed it up to send it back. Do not be hesitant to purchase this machine; you will not be disappointed!.

Awesome! On the grouphead, there is a round rubber grommet that can be removed easily for cleaning

br>After 2 minutes, the heating element turns off. 3 years. An online purchase of a new heating element costs $100.
& It's a fairly simple fix. Remove the bottom four screws and the black plate they support. br>With two small bolts (one of which has a grounding wire attached), remove the little wirehub attached to the bottom of the burner tube. Then unscrew the six bolts that hold the heating element plate to the burner tube's bottom. br>Save the center screwpost from the old heating element and attach it to the new element, tightening it before replacing the element. br>Replace the element, then replace everything.

It was well worth the money

My Silvia finally broke after four years of faithful service, so rather than replace it, I decided to upgrade to Bezzera. What a machine, and what a shot of espresso! Now I'm wishing my Silvia had died a long time ago. Although it was more expensive, it was well worth it.
