It functions admirably. I tried whole milk and 2% milk both at the same time and at the same time The results vary slightly depending on the type of milk used, but they all yield good milk foam. Because I believe almond milk has less foam, I decided to run the operation here to increase the foam. I also infused the milk with Chai Tea Concentrate, which produces a fantastic foaming effect.

Ordered one, but the cold function didn't work, so I got a replacement and repeated the process.
I cleaned it exactly the way it was supposed to be cleaned. Not at all pleased! For my coffee, I used it to froth half-and-half. For the few weeks that it worked, I was completely enamored with it. Now I'm not pleased with myself.
I enjoy espresso with milk foam on top (true macchiato). br>The milk is perfectly heated for a latte or whatever else you need it for. The instruction booklet, on the other hand, stated that it would produce cold foam. I've tried everything and still can't get my cold foam to work. Regrettably, it would be fantastic served over iced espresso beverages. I've used it ten times so far, and it's fantastic. My steam espresso maker will no longer froth milk.
Cleaning must be done with caution so that water does not enter the electrical system. It isn't difficult, and they provide a well-designed brush to help with cleanup. Aside from that, this "foamer/fother/hot chocolate maker" is the best I've ever had. I've had several, some of which were five times the price of this one. It's simple to switch between foaming and heating milk thanks to the included accessories. I've had it for a few months and use it every morning; it's quick and effective. It continues to function as it did when it was first purchased.
So I really wanted to like this purchase, but I'm not sure I do. The cold option does not work; I've tried long pressing for 3 or more seconds multiple times with no success. The light does not turn blue; instead, it simply goes out. So there's really only one option, and it's hot. I used to use a hand held cheapy frothier with my barista blend oat milk and it frothed it beautifully, but I was tired of having to do it myself every morning, so I splurged on this, which barley froths my milk. . . . I don't want to have to buy a new creamer because this machine can't froth it well enough. I'll be back to try something with a stronger frothing ability. I really like how it looks, so I'm hoping it works.
I did replace the small piece that goes inside the tools because my old one was no longer working. However, it steams and froths at the same time, which is ideal, and it works with almond, oat, and regular milk. Cleaning up is a breeze. After using it, I recommend immediately rinsing it.
