I'm a man, and I have no trouble using the button. I have two of these, one for our vacation home and the other for my personal use. They are extremely well-made and function flawlessly. I just wish Bean Envy would make a model with a rocker switch so you could turn the unit around while mixing. I have to pulse the unit to keep liquid from spilling out when I mix powdered supplements in a small glass. It would be fantastic if the beater could change direction.
Yes! That's why I went out and bought the bean envy. Every morning, I, too, brew bulletproof coffee. I find that using a bean envy is more convenient and easier to clean than using a blender.
Double-check that the batteries are facing the correct way. The ribbon should be underneath them for easy removal because they are in opposite directions. The batteries are also snug enough to be covered by the cover. If you continue to have problems, you can always call their customer service number.
My Bean Envy sibling has done a fantastic job. I'm not sure why yours isn't working; it's a fairly simple device. Have you checked to see if your batteries are in the right place? I'm confident that Bean Envy will be able to assist you if you contact them.

This is a very pleasant frother! I didn't realize it had so much power. I've had a lot of these small frothers over the years, and most of them aren't very powerful, but this one is. It's what I use almost every morning to froth almond milk. I froth my almond milk after it has been heated in the microwave for about 20 seconds. It takes me only 10 seconds to make the froth I like, and the stand is a nice bonus. I'm also perplexed as to why putting batteries in is such a problem. It's a piece of cake! You will not face any difficulties if you own any electronic equipment and have previously installed AA batteries. It's really that easy. Ben from customer support is also fantastic; I emailed him on a Sunday and he promptly responded. What will Bean Envy's next product be, aside from this and the French Press? Would definitely recommend this little frother to anyone who enjoys the company.
08/17/18* I ordered this frother on Wednesday and received it today. I couldn't wait to use it the next morning. It was a suggested item that I ordered after placing an order for a keto coffee additive. When I opened it to put the batteries in, the small metal battery holding part flew off and broke. This frother has let me down so badly! I immediately sent an email to the company, but have yet to hear back. I'll let you know as soon as I have more information. I'm hoping they'll correct this mistake! 18th of August 2018. *****Update*****The manufacturer has reached out to me and is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Never before have I gotten such a positive response so quickly. I am blown away. 08/21/2018***I just got my new unit, and it's fantastic! I can't say enough good things about this company's customer service, so I've raised my rating to five stars.
I haven't tried frothing milk with it yet. Bulletproof coffee is made with this. I'm blown away by how effective it is. I'd been making bulletproof coffee with an immersion stick blender, but I didn't like having to plug it in and clean it up. This method is faster and does a better job of incorporating air into the mixture to improve it. Slowly melt the butter, then turn up the heat for 20 seconds!.
Bean Envy has excellent customer service; I bought one of their Milk Frothers over a year ago and use it about 5 times a week, and I recently had an issue that necessitated contacting them. They are polite and quick to respond. The Frother is excellent at its job. A couple of tips: 1) always clean it with the battery side up to prevent water from getting into the unit, and hang it to dry - Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever To remove milk, I clean the coiled metal tip in a hot cup of water before spinning it for a few seconds. Every couple of months, I soak the metal coiled end in about an inch of vinegar, which thoroughly cleans. 2) When installing batteries, keep the black cloth strip behind the battery to make it easier to remove the batteries. It will be difficult to get rid of them if this does not happen. Battery life appears to be quite long - It only takes two AA batteries. It's a nice little tool that gets the job done!.
In exchange for an honest review, I was given this product for free. All of my comments are 100% true and 100 original to me. br>With this frother, I am very happy. It's amazing how well it works, and I'll never have to buy those milk steamers again. Since I got it, I've been making coffee with frothed creamer every morning. I've even given it to a couple of friends, who loved it so much that they're going to buy one for themselves! I’tried 2%milk and it worked very well, but half of it did not work at all of it did not work at all of it did The second half foams even more! I'm excited to try it with different types of nut milks. I also like how quick it is. It only takes about 15 seconds. Simply heat or microwave your cream for 30 seconds before frothing your milk with a single button press. To get the fastest speed from your frother, make sure you have new batteries or fully charged batteries (if you use rechargeables like I do). With only 10 to 15 seconds of use, I can nearly double the size of my cream, and sometimes triple it. Because the frother is so small, I don't mind leaving it on the counter because it doesn't take up much room. It fits perfectly in my hand and is also very comfortable. br> Cleaning up is a breeze; all I have to do is run the end under hot water while turning on the frother. (do not completely submerge the entire thing underwater)br>I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a frother or looking to spice up their coffee routine!.
There is an issue with the warranty. For 6-persons, the mixer was adequate. It had been working for 7 months and then suddenly stopped this morning. I had to replace the batteries. There was no action taken. Amazon's sales ad claims a lifetime warranty, but Amazon has yet to respond. According to Google, you can contact the manufacturer. I'm unable to locate a website, so I'm hoping for a response to this message. I like the product, but when it stops working, it stops working completely.
One of the others was using AAA batteries, which were not powerful enough to thoroughly mix. The stir rods on the others were too easy to bend, causing the unit to wobble. Attempting to straighten the rod did not go well, and one of the rods even broke while being pressed on. br>The Bean Envy unit appears to have a stronger motor and a thicker, more durable stir rod than the others. Even the bottom frother appears to be thicker and more powerful. All of the mixing jobs we've tried so far have turned out much better than anything else we've tried before - Everything we've tried has yielded excellent results. It may have an odd name, but it appears to be a superior product!br>My only quibble is with the name. The fact that you have to use your thumb to activate it can be a problem for people with small, weak hands like my wife. Others I've used had the activation switch on the side, making it easier to use with your fingers. However, there is a minor point - Not a deal breaker, to be sure.
