When compared to the previous MF02 version, the most significant improvement with the MF05 is the way the frother and whisk tools attach to the device; the new connection is more secure and, in my opinion, less likely to break when attaching/removing the tools. The MF05's connection also reduces the amount of wobbling that can occur with the MF02. br>br>In terms of the speed/off switch, the MF05 improves on the previous model, but there is still a flaw. The fact that the frother can now be turned off with a single switch press is a significant improvement. The issue I've had is figuring out what level the frother is set to the next time you use it. I made a mess the other day when I put the frother in my coffee and it came on to the second or third level (the second and third levels are too strong for most coffee mugs). As a result, after I've used the frother, I try to cycle through the levels so it turns on at level one the next time I use it. However, it would be nice to know what speed level you'll get before you put the frother into your coffee or even a frothing pitcher if it's nearly full. br>br>In conclusion, I believe that the MF05's new tool connection is a better option than the MF02. However, I still believe that a separate toggle switch for the speed level, separate from the on/off switch, would be the best option; yes, this would increase the product's cost and complexity, but it would go a long way toward preventing messes caused by too much speed for the cup or pitcher when using the frother.

The Foodville Milk Frother has been updated to include the following features: br>br>At the base (connecting) end, the two attachment options have been reconstructed. The old model had a stretched-out spring that rendered the attachment useless once it was removed. The attachments can now be swapped out quickly and flawlessly. br>br>On the old model, you had to turn the frother off after cycling through all three speeds. Most people were in a lot of trouble as a result of this (see reviews). The new model has been modified so that each button press now functions as follows: SPEED 1- OFF- SPEED 2- OFF- SPEED 3- OFF. br>br>From black to white, they changed the color. br>br>They've also thrown in a free gift offer in the box, along with instructions on how to claim it. A free latte art set or a stainless steel frothing cup is available as part of the promotion. As promised, I received my free gift after following the instructions. br>br>I really like this product because battery-operated, handheld milk frothers don't last very long because the batteries die so quickly. The Foodville MF05 Rechargeable milk frother solves that problem. I admire Foodville's willingness to listen to their customers, make the necessary changes to make this product the best of its kind, and then go above and beyond by including a free gift. The company took note of this feedback and improved the attachment method, making it a breeze to swap them out. Hooray! They also changed the speed switch so that you don't have to cycle through all of the speeds to shut it down. This is a fantastic product; it fluffs my milk into a full cup of delicious foam! It's also a lot of fun for the kids. br>br>Last night, we used the whisk to make whipped cream to serve with our homegrown strawberries. It tasted fantastic. My husband will most likely use it to make some bulletproof coffee, which he enjoys doing on occasion. br>br>The frother does not use batteries; instead, it uses a standard size charger. You will need a USB charge port or a charger that fits (as shown in the picture). I have both, so I have plenty of options for charging.

Original Review: Excellent customer service. It's simple to use, which I like. The directions are simple and straightforward. I can tell what speed I'm going by looking at the speedometer. What I don't like is how shaky the whisk is, and how unreliable the connection mechanism is. It easily detaches from the whisk attachment shaft and becomes stuck on the end. This is inconvenient because I can't change whisk attachments unless I remove the connection mechanism with a plier, which may chip or damage the plastic part. br>PS: image to show how the plastic connector is stuck inside. br>br>Recent Update: br>For a variety of reasons, I'd like to update my review. First and foremost, I'd like to emphasize how excellent the customer service is. I bought the product in November and asked for a refund because the attachment had a mechanical problem. Not only did I receive my refund, but FoodVille also sent me a replacement, which I did not request or demand, so it was a very thoughtful gesture on their part, and they even followed up with me via email to ensure that the replacement was working properly. br>As for the substitute, I've been using it a couple of times per week for the past few weeks. I didn't need to charge it yet, and the problem I had with the previous one is no longer present. br>I would recommend the product, and knowing that you can count on the company's excellent customer service is reassuring.
