The original frother I bought several months ago is still in good condition. The fact that it came with two heads was a plus, but it was hard to remove them and one of them came off. The seller responded immediately after I wrote to him. Very good customer service. Having owned the NEW unit for a few weeks (I didn't review it until I had used it several times), I can give a more fair review. This unit is a great replacement for some of the older models. The best feature is the fact that you have a whisk AND a frother in one unit. Measures how much space I can save in the kitchen. They have improved it so that it is much easier to switch between the frother and whisk heads. I'm glad to hear that! The process is still somewhat difficult (you have to give it a good tug and make sure you follow the instructions on how to remove heads correctly), but it is much more manageable Scrambled eggs taste great when made with a whisk. I was able to get it to work even In all honesty, if I had been able to give it a score of 4, I would have given it a Only four or five stars can be given, so you can't give five stars. There is almost a 5 in this! One other thing that would make it better would be if it were the type (like the one my husband has, where you must hold down the button in order to work it, then release it when you finish using it). This type of function is actually more convenient than turning the power on then turning it off by pressing the power button one more time. However, there are people who prefer to hold it down rather than using the on/off button. You can get used to holding it down if you're using it for a while, but I only use it for a few seconds, maybe 30 at most, when I'm making The device is also USB-rechargeable, which makes it a much better choice than my husband's frother, which operates on batteries. FoodVille's Milk Frother and customer service were so good that we wanted to share our experience. We don't often leave reviews for products, but we were so pleased with the rechargeable model and their customer service. Our review will conclude with some tips (you will find them at the end). There are 3 speeds on this frother, so its power is quite impressive. We no longer need to use batteries to power our old frother since it is rechargeable, and it holds a strong charge for up to a month depending how frequently we use it. We use it several times a day so we no longer spend money on batteries as we did before. Prior to switching to the FoodVille milk frother, we had been using PowerLix milk frothers for more than two and a half years, going through dozens of them that failed after There was no apparent cause for the motor to give up the ghost. The reason we kept using that product is that we got a few free replacements and it was the best battery power we could find (as long as it was kept charged). Despite recycling our batteries, because we care about the environment and also want to save money, we were disgusted at how frequently we had to switch out the PowerLix frother's battery. Our frustration with PowerLix hit a climax when we bought the last two units and found out that both failed within one It’s so obvious that there are other frothers with different names and may even be manufactured in the same factory as the PowerLix that we wanted to come up with something completely new. A Milk Frother from FoodVille was exactly what I was looking for.
Now that we have written what we are going to write, it might seem negative at first, but in the long run The first version of the Foodville Milk Frother had a problem. In spite of this, the overall design of that frother, as well as its power setting on medium and high, are so good that it does froth very well. When we tried using the PowerLix wand mentioned above, it was almost impossible to froth our Bulletproof coffee if it wasn't balanced and straight. There were too many vibrations coming from the frother and although the power (rpms) was strong compared to some out there, it was not sufficient to handle We wanted the best value for our money, even though the FoodVille Milk Frother has a few flaws, despite its ability to work well. Elisa, the customer service representative at FoodVille, responded to our inquiry right away, offering to send two new frothers wands and two new mini frothers I apologize for all the trouble we've caused. Elisa caught up with us while we were out of town. She hadn't heard from us for a few days so he checked back with me. As soon as we emailed her to inform her that we had accepted her offer, she immediately arranged for the documents to be sent out and we received them. As before, we had the same issues when we tried the new attachments. As we examined the frother more carefully, wondering what was wrong, we discovered that the shaft inside the small hole of the body that the frother and mini-frother fit inside had snapped off. The center of the stick where the whistle connects was slightly off. Earlier this week, Elisa had emailed to check if we received the attachments and if the issue A picture of what we believed to be the issue was attached to our response. After getting back to us, she offered us to buy a replacement using an Amazon gift card code. I just received a new FoodVille Frother and I can't wait to try it out! While it is a little noisier and less solid than the new FoodVille Frother, it still seems to be doing its job. The reason we want to mention this is that, even with the flaw, our first FoodVille Milk Frother performs better than any of our PowerLix frothers have ever done. I am very pleased with FoodVille's customer service, particularly Elisa at FoodVille. We then used our iPhone brick to charge our FoodVille Milk Frother some more. It should already have a charge when you receive your Milk Frother for the first time. You should be able to use any USB brick. Remember to read the instructions seriously when it comes to attaching the frother wand to the mini-A toaster Blend the body of the frother with a whisk. Furthermore, if you use one attachment for the most part, such as we do, there is no need to change out the attachment. Whenever we use the frother attachment, it is always on. By spraying cleaner on the wand of the frother, turning it on, and holding the wand attachment in running water, we can clean it. In running water, we only need to make sure that the main body of the frother does not get wet. There are things you can do in just a few seconds using this method. Our formula for cleaning it is to use a soapy sponge to wipe it down and or turn on the appliance and put the wand attachment in a glass of soapy water if we use the frother for more than just Bulletproof style coffees.

If you push too far, past where you see grooves, it may not be able to be pulled out. The screws do not screw in, they are pushed in. My attempt to destroy the whisk resulted in me destroying it. I am very impressed with the customer service of this company! This is not the first frother they have sent me! There are few things better than.

The heads are a bit tricky to figure out at first, but with a little trial and error, I figured out how to remove and install them. In comparison, the three speed settings are nice, but there is a downside. In order to turn off the device, you have to advance through the speed settings, which was not obvious to me and I ended up making a mess when I did it for the first time. There's so much milk everywhere! The spinner spins so well! The situation is not worth crying about.

I would like to add that customer service was outstanding. There was a quick response time when we asked questions.

The attachments have been securely fastened, but the machine either wobbles a lot or won't This has been such a disappointment for me. When I saw issues others had with it, I took a risk, but despite being extremely careful, there is no way for it to work- It doesn't work for me, at least. Though I liked the idea of it being rechargeable, if it wasn't functional, it didn't matter to me.

Good customer service. I placed the Frother attachment too far in on my second use which caused the spring to stretch. This was the only thing I encountered that was problematic. It was replaced by the customer service department. It was a snap to make frothy milk using the frother attachment. I tried using the beater attachment for eggs, it seemed a little underpowered, but it certainly did it's job as my scrambled eggs came out.
