Honestly, I was a little concerned about the reviews claiming it tasted like plastic or something, but I don't think that's true. Taking a look at the right, you can see my old Bunn I bought in '07 and the one I bought 3 days ago. I had to replace the old one since it began leaking after a decade. I waited a month before giving my review and the software works perfectly. I would buy this. One more time.

Having waited many years to own a Bunn, I am thrilled to finally own one now that the below problems have been resolved. The preparation instructions were so explicit (I read this in other reviews) that I made sure I followed them to the letter. There has never been a smell of plastic from using that product. After abandoning the Bunn product and switching to Mr. Coffee, I decided to call Bunn Customer Service. Customer Service informed me the coffee grounds were being pushed out of the top due to the type of coffee I was using and the speed the water is coming out of the sprayer.
