You will ruin your espresso shots if you use this device. There is something not right about the design There is no precision in the way the nut is embedded into the wood. In the photo I've attached, you can see the light coming through on the right, but not on the left side. Hence this means that this "leveler" does not level out! Because of this, your shots won't be level, and you will have channels, and your espresso will taste It is impossible to adjust it to prevent such tilt from occurring. Do not buy this product. It is difficult to adjust the product, even if it is perfectly aligned when you get it. It is not a good choice for someone who is serious enough about espresso to purchase one.
It had been a while since I had purchased a grind distributor. In terms of its quality for its price point, it is one of the best ones on the market, but it does have a few downsides. Overall, I am grateful for the lessons this beginner's distributor has taught me and would recommend it to others who are intimidated by other distributors' pricing points. There are several pros to this **Good handfeel, although it is a bit small if you have large hands, it does look great with real maple items in my set up!
Wonderfully handsome, looks great with real maple items!
Good grind distribution! * The price point is excellent for the value, and I definitely learned a lot about what to look for in distributors* *Cons.
For me to use it as a leveler, it has improved my shots but hasn't been worth it at all.
I use it with all included spacers to prevent the coffee puck from touching the screen when I use my Rocket E61 group machine. Other reviews noted quality issues or off notes from the wood. I have not experienced any of these issues. Although I would rather purchase the real thing (The Jack), it is simply too expensive for me.
Metal is heavy, good quality, and has a nice look A wooden plank.
We love this distributor both because it works well and because it looks fantastic. The material is made of wood, which has a nice weight and feel.
It must be a mistake on the first one, but it is the same on the second one also. There is no even distribution of coffee because the coffee tray isn't flat. In fact, I even unplugged it and found the screw was I really like the look of this, but the functionality does not work.
