A replacement blade for this model is not available from us.
No receipt was received for the order I placed. You will not receive a response or your item will not be replaced. I am annoyed despite the fact that it isn't expensive! By the way, yes, spice powders can be ground.
Thanks for your interest in this grinder, but it doesn't have any I don't know why it's only one speed, but it works perfectly. 15 seconds is the length of time it takes to grind. Please accept my sincerest apology for any confusion I may have caused. Thanks a lot.

We had trouble getting the blade to spin as soon as we plugged it in. All other transactions with Amazon have been nice, however the return policy with this company was really rude. There has to be so many times I ping them to make them In order to return an item, we must cover the shipping cost. Drop off at Amazon lockers, Kohl's or Whole Foods is not allowed. This is very strange. You better get it from some other company along with It was the worst dealing I've ever had. I am deeply disappointed in the situation.
It's been nearly 30 years since I purchased a Krups coffee grinder. I had finally developed a new coffee routine during Covid that had worn me out. A new one worried me because I was not sure it would be as good as the previous one. Unlike the other one, this one is sleek, quieter, and does exactly what I am looking for.
In addition to grinding dried hot peppers, I use it to grind exotic spices as well.
The best coffee grinder ever. A great way to enhance the taste of coffee. I am pleased with how well this works and how quickly it arrived. I am very pleased with this.
We ordered this grinder to replace one that was similar. Having worked for many years, but it began to show some signs of wear and tear. Despite its size, it does the job efficiently and grinds without a lot of fuss.
The app stopped working twice when I used it.
Krups' mills grind fast and exceedingly fine. It has worked fine for me for a little over 8 years. It broke (motor and blades still ran, but the case fell to the floor and cracked). So I kept the older, disappointing grinder and bought another Krups which is working fine so far.
