Questions & Answers

This model allows you to adjust how coarse or fine you want your coffee beans to be?

an easy and simple model to follow. more time you spend grinding it, the finer the ground will be. Do brief bursts of exercise several times a day if you want to make it more course

It is impossible for me to pull out the electric cord of the grinder. It has a maximum length of 3 inches, did I overlook When I pull it out, I push it back in, but what if I ?

The bottom of the unit should be able to be pulled You can unroll the cord from the holder by sliding the grey part down so it dips an inch below the Once the cord has been unwrapped, push the grey piece up and onto the cord You should be able to dangle the cord freely because of the cut out on the grey piece. Getting the process back to where it was is a simple process After you are done with the cord, wrap it up.

Can you please tell me how much wattage this grinder uses?

It draws 115 watts and operates at 120V*60Hz. have had a Hamilton Beach herb and spice grinder for more than 10 years and it still works great. I got another one because I only grind herbs and spices with it. My old Hamilton Beach coffee grinder that is used only for coffee broke, so I am getting a new one now. Investing more money if it works is not worth it. It's convenient to use the same one for both herbs and spices and for coffee, but I don't like to use it for both at the same time.

Do you support 220 volts or 110 volts? Are you only able to operate on ?

There is no other way to power the grinder than 110 volts. It might be a good idea, however, to plug in to a 220v outlet, so you can end your misery as soon as you can. This piece of junk is not worth your money. In less than three years, I got my cup cracked and it fell apart. I have now got an Epica and I am very happy with it. I never dropped it, hit it with anything, or even knocked it on anything except the palm of my hand to get spices out of

That's what I love about The device has been with me since about a week, and I have been using it every day since then
4/5

The result is perfect for me. The product claims to be quieter than other brands, I believe that to be true. There's no getting around the fact that it's not silent, but it's about 1/3 the volume of an average blender, so it's not bad. Is quick and easy to use, I put in the beans, put the cap on, and push the button a few times to grind 'em, maybe one longer burst for a really fine grind. There are some things you should be aware of. Other people's complaints are People said that it was a bad thing because it left chunks of beans behind. I don't have this problem, but I think they either don't grind the beans enough or they somehow fill it too full. In between motor bursts of grinding, you can tip the container upside down to better mix the mixture. This makes a huge mess! There are coffee grounds all over the place! There is a cup at the top of the cap. " If your coffee beans (or spices) are fully ground, pull out the machine by tipping it upside down and pulling it out of the cap, and nothing will spill. In my opinion, I have not used this for more than a week so I can't yet say that it should last forever, because "the motor burned out after just a few uses". It's unlikely it will work every time, but if I have to replace it every few years or so, I don't mind. Also, there could have been a problem with the unit itself. There are things that are out of our control. However, you don't necessarily need to continue holding down the button so the motor and blades continue to spin. It is better to do short bursts, not short bursts like you are revving your The large pieces will get broken down into smaller pieces, which will make the blades work less hard. Once the large pieces are broken down, shoot them around and mix them up until they are mostly ground up. If there are chunks left, hold the machine for a few minutes to make sure. Several photos are available). 'The cord is too short', said the woman. Yeah, there is also a cap on the bottom that pulls straight up, and then you can unwrap the Though the cord continues to be quite short without being spooled. My only issue with this device is its lack of voice control. About a foot away from an outlet it can only be placed. The one thing I would change about it is the way I deal with This is an excellent, reasonably priced tabletop grinder that I don't think you can There is a simple cleaning procedure (the top washes like a cup, and the part where the beans sit on the blades can be taken out the same way a cup is). As far as I am concerned, it works well. I am completely satisfied with it.

This grinder is a good little unit
3/5

The following is my recommendation. I have updated. As a result of finding the bin so difficult to pull out, I have experienced a lot of Having previously reviewed two stars, I have decreased it to two. I think I should toss this one because I spilled so much coffee on it. Here is an update, two years and three months after the post above. There was a death This is kind of a sad situation. You have to be careful about what you do Give it a few taps at the bottom after it has been flipped upside down. You can use the lid of the grinder as a cup to collect the grinds after taking off the plastic lid. The spillage did not occur. The problem is. Despite today's news, it is still dead. The next one will probably be a bit larger. Due to the trick, I am adding one star back. Since it is in the trash, I have to take out a star for the given trick. Below are the pros and cons of each PROS

A cheap product. This is an easy to use program. A great product which can be easily cleaned (yes, dishwasher safe) while grinding to a ridiculously fine point, like dust. There is also the option to stop the grinding earlier if you do not want it to be quite as fine. The cord is hidden inside the machine. This is a short cord. It is also a There must be a second time of loading and grinding for a sufficient quantity of coffee, but I like my coffee strong, so that may be subjective.
It is difficult to remove the interior To get it, you have to pull It will come out when you pull on it too hard, but any coffee dust will inevitably fall on It is either you turn the entire machine upside down and give it a firm tap on the bottom to get the coffee out, or you have to do it slowly. How could I not recommend this machine? Hell with a bucketload of Besides that, it's cheap as hell and it will last you forever, and really, what makes you think you should pay so much for a.

DO NOT BUY as it is a used product
3/5

This grinder was delivered to me today, and it is clearly Outside was greasy and smudged, and the inside was still full of coffee grounds. There is a wear and tear on the button that you press. I am very disappointed as it looks like it has been used for quite some time. It is crazy that this happened. Those who are thinking of buying this should steer clear of it.

Besides coffee, it does a great deal more
5/5

This item has been on my desk for a few weeks, so I wanted to take advantage of a few days before writing a review. As such, I have not yet been able to judge how well this item stands the test of time. Moreover, I am not primarily using this to grind up coffee beans, but for other purposes. My purpose in purchasing this item was to make powders, such as dried pepper powder, dried mushroom powder and the like. If it only worked 75% as well as it does, I would still think this is a great deal. My favorite part of the grinder compartment is its ability to come apart, and no matter how much people recommend against, I still wash it separately and will let it air dry. The main part of the device is still manually cleaned with a dry or very lightly damp paper, hung upside down, and left to dry for one There are no problems here, but the manufacturer (and pretty much everybody else) advises that you do not do it. As a result, the powder gets everywhere as a result of my laziness. br>br>Cons are When getting things ground up, the thing does a great job, but it often results in a powdery smoke later, which In addition to getting into the mechanics of the grinder, the smoke gets everywhere. You may also want to get a cheap face mask if you're like me and using this for different purposes besides coffee making. This is especially important Occasionally, the mechanism that spins the blades does not fit snugly and when I used this for the first time, it gave off an unpleasant plastic The problem has gone away after about six uses, but at first I was concerned about it. There you go. That's all we have to say. While there are a few issues, this item deserves 5 stars for doing more than was expected as well as being very cost effective. If this lasts 6 months with my usage (grinding all kinds of dried stuff 2 times a week), then I will have made out fine.
