Our attempts to fix the machine had no effect, even after cleaning the machine. This grinder is for my husband's birthday since I think about buying a dual machine at some point for espresso and coffee, which can change the grind size and the cup size as opposed to our old grinder which was just a full it to the maximum and hold it until it was quiet grinder.
Have a listen to what I have to say. When we were using the new grinder for the first time, we had a wonderful cup of coffee. I love it! When the beans are the same and the brew is the same, it must be there grinder's flexibility! I like it. The only complaint I have is that it's hard for my husband to clean it up properly. He spills coffee grounds in the bowl. There was no room for the top

The model HamiltonBeach 80393 we used for years was the predecessor to it. A great time was had by all! In comparison with the older model, the newer one weighs a bit more and is a bit larger. In the meantime, I discovered that the "cup" that goes on top of the machine does NOT work the same as its clear counterpart. The top cup looked like it wouldn't fit correctly when I first tried to put it on. The cup was not properly secured to the grinder several more times, so I carefully reviewed the instructions to ensure that I was doing things correctly. Hamilton Beach, we're sorry. As far as I am concerned, you took a perfectly good grinder and turned it into this To make it more complicated, model it more complexly. I didn't find it to work for me.

As a result, I'd recommend it for users who want a grinder that works for any amount of coffee. It is quiet and smooth-running when grinding 4 cups or 14 cups. Having the ability to start the grinder and do something else while it is working is great When the button is pressed, you do not have to hold it down. All parts of the grind are uniform. Additionally, it has a stainless steel surface instead of a plastic one so that the coffee always touches the stainless steel surface. It's a great grinder, I'm very impressed with it. This program is always on my computer. A very small problem, however, is that the lid has to be aligned in a specific way, so I have to be very careful in how I place it. There is no doubt that this is one of the nicest grinders out there.

This is a defect

I have the old version and it was working just fine, but it ceased to work. Originally, I bought this one and had to return it since I couldn't lock it. The replacement came from Amazon shortly after it was reported as a problem, but it is the same. What a strange situation! As well as this, I tried returning it to Amazon, but it told me I should contact the manufacturer instead. There is no longer a purchase option on Amazon for this product. I miss the older version so much and was looking forward to an upgrade with this new version. The only reason I would think Amazon discontinued this product is because of the defect would be if there were no other positive reviews about it. Not certain.

It is the third time I have purchased this grinder, but this time it did not last six months. In light of the amount of money this cost, it clearly wasn't It is so disappointing since the previous ones I had lasted for years, but it is obvious the quality control is no longer high.

It is not recommended to purchase products from Hamilton Beach. I used this grinder to grind my coffee beans in the morning and it was pretty basic. I had no issues for 2 months, then everything stopped working. A few days ago it wouldn't turn on at all. Because I cannot return the product within the return window, I contacted Hamilton Beach and asked for assistance. I wanted to throw good money after bad, I could pay them almost half of the original grinder price and they would send me a refurbished unit, not even a new one, and it would come The Hamilton Beach product of any kind I own will never be purchased by me again.
