The warranty for this coffee grinder is nowhere to be found, even after searching high and low. The seller who was able to get a part from them on another popular site that sells like Amazon has since stopped receiving them. Quellance has gone out of business, I regret to inform you. It does not appear on their site when I try to access it. If you need assistance, contact Amazon. In the event of a company going out of business, they need to tell the public.
