There is no need to rinse the surface if it is free of debris. You need to rinse and then sanitize the product when you use it to remove dirt and debris. We are updating the instructions to reflect this so they are more clear.

I ordered the One Step no rinse cleaner, but I actually received a repackaged version of the One Step no rinse cleaner that reads "Surfaces should be washed with solution and rinsed with water". The best way to undermine your product is to contradict it directly.
