Is this the same sugar as turbinado sugar? Could you please get back to me as soon as possible?

They aren't the same thing. Priming sugar is made from corn, while turbinado sugar is made from sugarcane but with a lower degree of refinement.

The product is excellent, and the packaging is in perfect condition. One of the ingredient kits I bought on Amazon had a ripped bag of priming sugar, so I needed to replace it. Using the two bags, I made a few batches. Thanks!.
