However, I have never tried it on a pie crust. This product works on a variety of materials, not just pie crust. If the pie dough contains baking powder or anything else that contains a leavener, it should be omitted.

It is very well made and I had no trouble using it to make my Springily cookies. There was only one thing I did not like about the wood when it was new the smell!.
