Upon reading the reviews, it was inevitable that I would buy We would like to thank the Mat stays on surface and does not move at all. I am extremely satisfied with the rolling pins. I can't wait to use this recipe to make gingerbread cookies with my 2 year old son for Christmas.

I was able to roll a temperamental pie dough using this product without much trouble. The silicon mat was the big revelation, although the rolling pin performed as expected. As a result of rolling out with it, the process was much smoother than with a pastry cloth, and it proved especially helpful when lifting the pie crust In order to position dough in the pie plate, I draped the dough and the mat over the pin, laid them over the plate, then peeled off the mat once the dough was within the pie plate. You won't have the issue of scraping old dough off your pastry cloth since all of the tools are easy to clean. Simply wash and dry the mat to keep it pristine for the next time you use it. It's important to grease the mat when you press the dough into the pie plate to avoid breaking it up. I floured it as I would a pastry cloth, but you didn't have the same problem with any broken dough.

There are gaps between the rubber and the surface, so you roll. Your fondant begins to indent at one end as it moves towards that end of the roller. As a result, you spend more time having to fix what got messed up

But the mats and cutters themselves are excellent. There was only one disappointing thing about the The original product had a problem, but thankfully the owner corrected it immediately as soon as he found out about it! The item was replaced without asking any questions with no additional questions. It will be our pleasure to do business with your company again in the future.

The mat in and of itself was worthy of the purchase, and the rolling pin with mini rolling pins for my son, and the cookie cutters are just bonuses. Due to the bottom side of the mat, it is able to stay in place and feel great to fold it up and carry it over to the trash can or sink. While it explicitly states not to cut on it, I accidentally did very lightly on purpose before reading that part, and the cut didn't even leave a mark. I find the measurements to be very helpful! Yesterday I was making cinnamon sugar twists and when I saw that you have to stretch the dough pieces to 14-inch lengths, it caught my attention. Having never anticipated how simple it was to measure, I laughed at the simplicity, and before I would have thought, "How the heck am I supposed to know how long that is?"? It was an awesome purchase and I definitely recommend it. It would cover most of my countertop, if only it were bigger!.

The purpose of this search is to roll out dough on parchment paper inside a cookie sheet with a small rolling pin. As I was about to flip the pan, I was going to fix the non-stick surface My attention was initially drawn to the edge side, but when I were surprised to find the little red one with two cutters and a pastry mat included with the larger blue one, I couldn't believe it. It all came out fine after I washed it, aired it out, and let it dry for a few days to get rid of the silicone smell. There is no problem with any of them. The pastry mat is amazing - it works with everything. The counter no longer looks like a flour mess. My household is already full of kitchen stuff, so I really didn't want to add to that, but I just started making my own crackers, so this set was just what I was looking for and I am delighted with it. My recommendation is to definitely try this out.

like the ease of use this product offers as well as the material it is made of which is great for my baking needs. In school, I used it to share with my students. ALOT OF MEN LIKE RUNNING OUT THE FLOUR
DOUGH TO CUT OUT THE BIG COOKIE CUTTER STARS AND HEARTS. It is easier for me to roll out the flour dough nonstick when I use the blue flat mat. My recommendation is to TRULY consider purchasing this product, the price is reasonable, and the delivery was quick. The package I received did not contain the book that I was promised. You all have produced an excellent product, thanks to all of you. This is GREAT! I love it. I am delighted to say "HAPPY CUSTOMER, MARY CUETO FROM OAKLAND, CA".

This set was purchased back in 2018 but almost no use has been made of Back then, it didn't impress me too much the first time I used it. Even so, the dough still stuck to the large rolling pin and mat while I was making it, plus the rolling pins seem to pick up a lot of dust when they're In today's review, I want to discuss what prompted this review, which was that while rolling some cucumbers to make them tender for brining, the small rolling pin broke instantly. This is the first time I've used this tool, but the wooden handle cracked in the middle. The set as a whole was not satisfactory.
