This is what I bought to make buttermilk biscuits with. It appears to be well-made and has proven to be extremely useful; however, I probably shouldn't have given it an easy-to-clean rating because, by design, it is a difficult-to-clean item. It is comfortable to hold for me, and I occasionally switch hands if one becomes tired before I finish.

What would I do if I didn't have a dough scraper? I bought it for the pastry knife, but the dough scraper has come in handy as well; it's great for handling dough that sticks to the board and scraping burnt debris from my dutch oven
