I would definitely buy it Would they be sharp if they were. Could you please tell me what you think? The price is super cheap compared with toothpicks and it does the job well at a much lower cost. I would buy it again for sure. The fact that it also doubles as a meat thermometer is a nice feature if you're into that sort of thing The old-fashioned way to test the heat is to press your bottom lip against it. It's unclear to me how a reviewer was talking about "stabbing themselves in the back" When I first saw it, I was pretty excited thinking it would be a nice, sharp picture. There is no point to this statement and it is ridiculously blunt. Although I don't think it's a big deal for most people, I thought I should at least clarify that for some.
What would you like, some glorified metal toothpicks or skewers too thin to be used on the grill? That's all there is to it! This is a great alternative that bakers can use if they are totally against toothpicks in the center of their cakes. If you reach into the drawer blindly, they will stab you if you don't store them in a safe place.
Would benefit from a little more strength.
These tests are great for measuring how done a baked potato is. I now use them all the time.
You can even use them to check if potatoes are done using them. Some of the things I got my children I have bought.
They determine the firmness and they are really convenient.
One of the cake testers my mom used has been lost. Circa 1947, household stuff to give as shower gifts. Amazon saved the day once again! As usual I was so glad to find these. I was once again afraid I wouldn't be able to replace it. Thanks Amazon!.
