There is no one who does not remember Grandma's What's the worst that can happen if you try This brush not only has a comfortable handle, which makes it easy to use around hot pans and steaming food, but it is also easy to use (and therefore more sanitary than those old ones). These brushes are my favorite to use for pastry, and the spread of the bristles gives them an even shine as I apply them to a variety of pastries and washes and glazes. However, I am saving one of them for savory basting and I will be making use of both of them just as much as I would used them on You've made a quality product that will become a fixture in my kitchen for years to come. Thank you.
This is a great set of Please see the picture I've attached of the items that I received The pastry brush comes in black and green. As these brushes have closer bristles than my previous ones (white/purple), they pick up more butter when I use melted butter to make cinnamon rolls or to brush on Our family has found these brushes to be very easy to clean and have performed really well. In the midst of licking icing off the green brush, my five year old daughter said to the brush, "I love you!" as she placed it in the sink. Mwah! ", I replied and blew it 2 kisses. I agree. Mwah! Then you're going to lol. In a few days, we'll be able to spread barbecue sauce on our grilled meats with these. It's hard to imagine all the different ways you can use them!.
It is very pleasing to me. We use the small green one to baste boneless chicken breasts when baking in the oven, and my husband uses the larger black one to coat grilled chicken with barbecue sauce. I especially like that after washing the baster there is no residue from the olive oil left behind like with.
Other reviewers have indicated how much better these are than the old-school bristle pastry brushes that leave bristles on the food after a while. Several years ago, I bought a silicone brush that kept coming loose because it was made in two pieces. I replaced that brush with these and they're working out well. It is wonderful that these brushes are one piece, eliminating the possibility of the brush head getting lost. My husband and I already used the big one to coat our ribs in barbecue sauce and it worked great and cleaned up easily. If you intend to use the smaller one for delicate foods (baking), you may want to get the second one.
This is an awesome pair of silicone brushes. This is a great replacement for my old one and I am glad I bought it. My old one was two pieces, and if I forgot to take it apart when I washed it, it could get funky. I like these new ones because they're one piece, instead of two pieces. I also washed them in the dishwasher without any problems! It comes in pretty cute packaging as well, though I think the plastic baggie they come in can be omitted.
Sauce grips the fingers and also comes right off and gets on your food when you need it. I had no problems cleaning up afterward! Within seconds, small amounts of water and dish soap are enough to get this machine ready to run. As for my dishwasher, after use, I ran the heated wash through it, and it handled the heat Not a single change has been made. I definitely think this is a steal! It would be a good recommendation for.
The two brushes were different sizes and I liked that they came with it. As someone who goes through kitchen utensils like no other, not having to clean one and use it for another purpose on the same bake was very helpful. I also liked how easily they are cleaned - just throw them in the dishwasher! This product was pricey, but I really liked the product and used it to make cinnamon rolls (spreading the butter before adding the cinnamon, and then spreading the glaze on to finish them off). In addition to spreading butter on rolls for Thanksgiving, I used them as a butter spreader!.
I'm so glad I now have these 2 brushes to use in the kitchen! The handle of my old silicone brush was molded into a separate piece of plastic and it came with a set of rubber scrapers a long time ago. The whole tool feels less sturdy because of that. The fact that this is all one piece is amazing to me. It's time to say goodbye to that While I have only used the green one so far, I am looking forward to utilizing the larger black one down the road. In this picture you can see that the small green guy worked well for spreading icing on Christmas cookies. Cleanup was easy after we had finished and even sticky sugary icing disintegrated on its own. Although I have not tried it in the dishwasher yet (didn't feel like it needed it), I will give it a chance. The next thing you can use when brushing barbecue sauce on chicken is to brush it on pies!.
