I use parchment paper all the time. I have purchased white parchment many times from King Arthur Flour, in packages of 100 half sheets. A sheet. I have never ordered parchment that has not been bleached before. As for Baker's Dream from Aliza Imports, I will purchase it whenever I can From now on, brand will be used. Whenever my husband requests dessert after dinner, I am able to make him the perfect cake that is low carb yet tastes just like the real thing. I have a problem when I try to turn it out onto a platter because it tends to stick to the bottom of the pan for some reason. Luckily, I was able to bring it back together and conceal it with icing, but I'm a bit OCD and this disturbs the balance in my head. This parchment paper round means that I'm able to get a perfect cake top and bottom every time! They fit my own perfectly, just a bit of free space around the edges, and the handles may help lift the cake out of the paper. My own rounds can be cut into smaller pieces using parchment paper, but this process is so much easier. This product deserves a full recommendation from me.
