It made me nervous to use an off brand product, but I took a chance since my usual brand was unavailable. While this parchment paper is a bit thinner, it is still very strong. But, surprisingly, it has not affected performance in the slightest. As a matter of fact, thinner sheets are easier to work with and take up less space in the trash once you're done with them. One of the nicest things about the sheets is that they lay flat, have no rolling up on the edges, and are thus very easy to handle. In spite of my concern over the one size, these have proven to be big enough for every job I've done so far. When I'm cutting smaller objects with scissors, I do it with my hands. In addition, if I need a bigger sheet, I could overlap 2 at the same time, but this hasn't been necessary. Thankfully, the only drawback was finding the right place to store the box, which is a minor issue. Rolls would be able to fit in the same spot, but it wouldn't fit in the same spot as a roll. For the box, I decided on a bottom cabinet with a wall to stand against.

Overall, this seems like a good quality and convenient alternative to what I had This is definitely a product I would buy.

Parchment paper really is not what this is. Wax paper is what it is. On one side of the package there are wax dots. The package says "parchment paper" but the label shows A terrible mistake. The purpose of false advertising is to confuse consumers.

took the time to search and found these for a couple of days for less than half the price. In addition, they work just as well. All my sheets are made from these sheets. To freeze lunches of a variety of meats in aluminum pans, I line the pan with these layers first. To make cookies, I use these layers rather than butter. To freeze fruit, I lay down the sheets first. Most of the things I used to use aluminum foil for have been replaced by these sheets. I am in love with them!.

Packaging like this for parchment paper is the worst I have ever seen. All of the sheets fell to the floor when I took it out of its box. size of the sheets is good, but the quality wasn't as great as I had hoped. There is nothing in the packaging that looks like the displayed item. It wouldn't be a good recommendation.
