Big Top Cupcake Silicone Bakeware

My son's first birthday was the occasion which led me to buy this cupcake maker. As soon as I opened the package, I noticed there was no manual. In response, I emailed the seller, but I never heard back from him. My next step was to call amazon, who filed a claim and provided a call to the rep of the "as seen on TV" products where we were told that there is no manual and you would have to google or watch a YouTube video to find out how to use. As you can imagine, I'm mad as hell! Do you know anyone who sells a product without providing instruction manuals? I think they should include a book, not everyone has access to the internet. This product works great as a product, but it could use a book.

My pan always ends up with broken pieces left in it after following the directions that came with it and other suggestions I found online. In the end, I was able to ice the cake and keep it looking great after glueing it back together. It is highly recommended and I would buy it again.
