It's great to have these pans. It was the best purchase I have ever made. My regular non-stick muffin tins worked since I didn't have any jumbo muffin tins. I came across a recipe recently for hash brown egg nests that called for jumbo muffin tins, but I didn't have any. When I was scrubbing the other pan afterward, my husband saw me and said that I should stop scrubbing it.
