This is a great buy! This silicone pan was delivered to me just a little while ago. When I go to college with my two daughters, we go through the drive-through for breakfast. As time goes on, this gets expensive, so I began making egg muffins in my so-called non-stick This thing was so hard to clean, you didn't even know what to do with it. It didn't matter what I greased or used to spray them, they still stayed in place. The one I just received today is the one I just got. Then I washed it, sprayed it, and let it air dry. A batch of egg muffins has just fallen out of the pans! Sprays for cooking are not necessary, as far as I am concerned. Although I did notice I should probably shorten the baking time a bit. As well as being easy to clean, it took very little time. This pan has just made my life so much easier! To put this pan on a cooking sheet was always no different than the way I normally put my pans on a cooking sheet in case there are spills. Since the pans are silicone and not metal, there is no stiffness to them. My pan did not have an odor, so I am not sure what other reviews meant by their comment regarding odor. Overall, I am very pleased with this pan and I may need to purchase another one.
There is no sticking to it for me. Egg cups are my everyday breakfast, and I grew tired of having them stick to my non-stick pot As of recently, my muffin pan is no longer nonstick, so I replaced it with this. The first time I used this, I put it on my table, went through the multiple steps of adding each ingredient until they were ready to become dinner. My first reaction was to lift it, but as soon as I did I noticed it really needed a cookie sheet underneath because it's too flexible! There was a huge mess created! We learned a valuable lesson! To ensure the safe use of this item, every time I use it I use a rigid cookie sheet. For me, the first three times I've used this pan, I enjoyed it a lot. I was able to pull out the egg cups without leaving a trace. They started adhering to it after that. I'm not sure how many cups I'm drinking, but probably several. Moreover, there is no easy way to remove the residue. The only way I can remove it is with a lot of scrubbing. Unfortunately, it's a real disappointment. Cooking spray has now been used for several weeks. There is a reduction in residue, but it is not entirely eliminated.
I took a chance on ordering this product since I had no ratings or reviews when It took me no longer than five minutes to wash and prepare the muffin pan for making egg muffins. I'm happy with the way they turned out! I did not burn the pan and there was In my opinion, this was a good buy for the price. I am not disappointed with the purchase.
It has a removable bottom so that muffins can be made without oil. The one time I used oil or spray in baking was when I made muffins without muffin papers or spray. I also made mini pecan pies without spray or papers. There's nothing better than this pan. In order to make it more stable, I put it on a cookie sheet. It's time to buy another one and one for mini muffins as well.
However, this muffin pan is so flimsy that it isn't really worth the price. To get the batter in the oven, I have to slide it on a cookie sheet if it is not stiff enough to slide in. The batter bends and goes everywhere when it is not stiff enough. I've tried it, and it bakes nicely, and the muffins are perfect!.

I find that muffins pop out fairly easily as long as I allow enough time to cool (about an hour). You can let it dry by air after it has been washed. Just add a sheet pan and cooling rack and you are good.
It is easy to clean up. It will help if you put them on a cookie sheet first.
