Questions & Answers
You have asked a good question. Thank you. (Without the lids) these can be used in the oven, but they are not resistant to thermal shock. You may contact us or the manufacturer at [email protected] if you have any further questions.
However, I have not used them inside conventional ovens, but they work great from refrigerator to microwave to hotplate. Yes, the lids can withstand microwaves – I once nuked leftover turkey for five minutes – so they are clearly microwave-safe. Nothing to worry about
You should have the right pan size if you plan to use them.
Uhm... I wouldn't suggest freezing foods in any type of plastic or glass container since frozen food expands. sealing is a good way to keep foods from getting freezer burnt and help them last longer

My Pyrex glass bowls from ten years ago are still in good condition. The idea of buying another set of bowls crossed my mind. Earlier today, I received my order at my house. It takes a couple of hours to dry them on the drying rack after they've been washed. A few hours later, I jostled one of the bowls as I was putting them away in the You can see it in the picture. There were a thousand pieces in it. Purchase these items at your own risk! Replace your old tempered glass with Pyrex.
During salsa mixing, the bowl shattered all over the place! That's a scary thought.
My bowls cracked as soon as I took them out of the box and placed them on the counter, sending glass shards all over me and the floor of the The glass is not shatter-proof, so they are definitely not shatter-proof.
My potato salad was in the medium bowl in the refrigerator for a few hours, then I put it in a brown paper bag and put it in a car for a short drive, surrounded by the blanket so that there was no bumping. Within 15 minutes of arriving at my destination, I took the painting into the home and placed it on the wood counter in the kitchen. The bowl began to fall apart into many pieces when I removed the lid about ten minutes later. Honestly, I was surprised. . . the bowl did not have any noticeable problems when I put the salad into it, it never got bumped, dropped, or subjected to extreme temperatures in my car (it didn't get hot in there! The VT couple we're talking to lives here Although the air conditioner was on, the bowl was not blown on directly) or otherwise impacted, so there is no obvious reason for the incident. It's now difficult for me to believe in the bowls remaining.
My plastic storage items have been replaced by these bowls because they are sturdy, nest well, and take up less space than they did This purchase was a good buy for me.
The glass bowls I purchased have been in my kitchen all the time now. I bake and cook and I cannot believe I waited so long to purchase them. They are sturdy and.
My daughter uses the bowls mostly when baking because they are well made and I think they are really good. Though, to be honest, I have little use for the cover lids, as the plastic is not that hard. However, I am not sure how long they will last since they are not that hard. The overall experience with my purchase was satisfactory.
After cleaning the bowl with a scrubbing sponge, I finally decided to get these glass mixing bowls with lids. I did a lot of research and decided that a glass mixing bowl with lid would work the best. The lids on the glass bowls are tight, so I can put them in the microwave without damaging them. It's a great product! I'm very pleased with it. Please be aware that they are heavy and should be washed carefully.
