I've used them every day for baking and whipping cream, mixing cakes and so on. They are perfect for me because the lightweight allows me to add ingredients and zero my scale as I go. It was just too heavy for my scale to hold pyrex of the same size (the large). In the past, I have not had any problems with rusting or scratching with the metal whisk attachment for my hand mixer. I recommend the whole set very highly, as the lids fit fine and the whole thing goes in the dishwasher without issue.

They do look nice. I don't like those. Despite their appearance, these are somewhat disappointing in my book, but I like the look. What I have issues with is I can't find a way to remove the lid without making a mess because of the design. Secondly, I never realized mustard was acidic. These easily stain and I have an old, cheap stainless steel bowl that I have used for over 30 years and have put in the dishwasher it looks better than the Cuisinart bowl I've used twice and hand cleaned. If nothing else works, I might try using some Bar Keepers Friend on it.
On the left is the Cuisinart, on the right is the old no-name.

The first time I used it, rust stains appeared- The Cuisinart company refused to replace the mixer, and I wasted 20 minutes on the phone. I have to go back to Amazon - It is an inconvenience. The brand will be tried again.

I usually like Cuisinart products, but this is shocking, especially since the bowls claim to be stainless While this product is being updated, you might want to look somewhere else. It gets two stars instead of one for having lids that fit properly and for still being able to use the bowls.

We love the lids and the rest of the design but got faulty products.

As a matter of fact, I almost decided not to order these after reading a few reviews that called My three bowl set from Chef Land is much better than the six bowl set that I I originally ordered (and then They are almost as strong as my stainless steel mixing bowl for my 5 quart KitchenAid.

This is a great set of bowls if you cook for yourself or for a couple. A stainless steel blade is light (but not flimsy) and can withstand a lot of punishment. It doesn't matter whether there is a stack of glass bowls in the upper cabinet or not, you'll be able to get the middle bowl. You don't have to be cautious about setting one in the sink if you drop it, and it won't break if you drop it. When I mixed these with my electric hand mixer, it made a bunch of little marks on the inside, but those are cosmetic only. As for the whipped cream containers, I'm sure they will stand up to continual use for a long time. The tall lip kept the ingredients from spilling out too much (a certain There is a big drawback though you can't microwave them.
The lids are a nice feature I've never even thought of with a mixing bowl. Although I am not quite sure how much more effective it is than plastic wrap, I still appreciate the This set will work well for most people, and it is an excellent price for it. If you regularly cook for more than two people, you might want to consider one that goes to a larger size, otherwise, you might want to consider a set that is larger.

There was something very exciting about these bowls for me. After using inferior quality for too many years, I wanted the deeper dimension and heavier gauge I felt sure I would find with Cuisinart. Sadly, when I tried making a salad in the medium-sized bowl, there was a crack on the rim that needed to be repaired. As I already threw out the packing materials and do not possess the strength to initiate a return, I will just have to settle for getting irritated with that bowl every time I use it.

This is absurd.
