I'm not happy with the way my cookie pops turned out; the first time they weren't fully cooked in the middle, so I had to throw them out; the second time, the same thing happened! What a waste of money $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Excellent work!! The cookies are easy to remove and do not stick!.
This is a thin aluminum pan that does not have a nonstick coating. A light coat of Pam or a similar product is required to prevent the surface from sticking. Cutting parchment or wax paper circles to fit would also work, but that would be more time consuming than I want to go through. Because aluminum heats up so quickly, I found I had to bake the cookies for a little less time. The dough was quickly used due to its large size - You only eat one of the larger ones rather than two or three of the smaller ones. I'm going to order two more to speed up the baking process. br>br>The second thing I've discovered for this pan is that it can be used to make yeast rolls. I've used the rolls for sandwiches and hamburgers and found them to be a good size; once again, lightly oil or grease the cavities before inserting the dough. br>br>After years of avoiding aluminum pans in favor of the heavier non-stick variety, I finally gave in and bought one. I like the variety of shapes that this type of pan allows me to make. br>br>In addition, I hand-wash these - For one thing, they're quick and easy to clean, but I've noticed that dishwasher detergent can sometimes discolor aluminum. I put them in the oven while it's still hot to dry them out.
These weren't up to the task at hand. The candy sticks to the pan, and the stick's divit isn't centered in the candy. This is not a good idea.
These are fantastic and I would strongly recommend them. She is completely satisfied with them.
