As much as I enjoy baking, I have never been able to create the prettiest desserts on a table with my cakes (cookies, brownies). was determined to change that, so I spent a little bit of money (a few bucks, well worth it) to learn how to make a cake that will be delicious and aesthetically pleasing. It has always fascinated me how beautiful fondant cakes are, and while I won't be hired to decorate them anytime soon, my first attempt went well and I know I can improve with practice.
