When I bought this product, I used acetate for the first time. I wanted to make a Napoleonic hat with chocolate (semi-successful due to improper tempering of chocolate, not the There was a plastic wrapping for each individual roll and another large one, so I was able to use one size while keeping the other one My jaw dropped when I realized how easy it was to cut and how flat it laid off the roll once I removed it.
