Yes. Maxaroons can be piped with the tips because they are large enough.
Cut a hole in the bag's end just big enough for the tip to fit inside without falling out. If you have a coupler, switching the tips is even easier.
The set does not include any couplers.
It has the capacity to hold 2 cups, but the instructions state that you should only fill it halfway.

This is my first time decorating cupcakes, and I'm thrilled with how beautiful they turned out! I used 2M for the rosettes on these cupcakes.
It worked well for icing and decorating a special cake I made for my wife, but because I am not a professional and have never done this before, I cannot recommend it. There were no instructions on how to set it up, which I discovered. I kept looking for a way to attach the tip to the bag by screwing it on. Finally, I decided to simply cut the bag's tip off and drop it through the hole, hoping that it would suffice for the small amount of work I had to do. My wife later informed me that this is exactly what you should do. If I'd had instructions, I could have saved myself ten minutes of brainstorming. Lol.
For beginners, there are a variety of tips that are simple to use. I cleaned the tips with an old toothbrush, which worked well.
I've dabbled with the other tips, but I mostly stick to the 1M. That's an excellent suggestion - It enables you to create stunning designs in under 20 minutes that appear to have taken hours to create! One of my completed products is shown in the photo below.
We were primarily interested in determining whether or not we would want to purchase a more deluxe set in the future. This was a fantastic way to get a taste of decorating at a low cost. Everything we needed was included in the set. They've hand-picked the suggestions they've included. We thought there was a good mix of foods. It was simple to use, and we had a great time piping deviled eggs in various designs as a family. It was a fantastic journey!.
Today, I used it to make a cake for my daughter.
There are four different options as well as a couple of bags to get you started. I was worried that using these tips to frost a large batch of cupcakes would take a long time, hurt my hands, or be difficult to use, but this was not the case. I found this to be very easy to use (written instructions are included, and a video tutorial can be found on the Wilton website). In fact, I thought it was quicker and easier than hand-frosting, and it looked so much nicer! I'm very happy!.
I'm new to cake and cupcake decorating, so these tips are a welcome addition to my arsenal. They do require a larger coupler than the standard Wilton cake decorating set, so if you're looking to expand your collection, make sure you get a couple that will work with these tips.
