Questions & Answers
The lid on the pan does, in fact, snap down tightly.
The lid is only used for storage once the pan has cooled enough not to melt the lid's plastic. Warmth is acceptable. This is something I've done before, but never fresh from the oven.
2" deep.
I took a Circulon reading. It's 9x13 at the very top. It's 7- at the very bottom. 3/4 x11- 3/4.

I liked the Wilton pans because of their covers, but the nonstick coating on all three of mine came off after only a few months of use. It was a low-cost skillet constructed of low-cost materials. This pan, on the other hand, is made of high-quality materials, is extremely durable, is simple to clean (I only wash by hand), and is ideal for storing leftovers. Foods that are taller than the pan's height can be stored thanks to the raised lid. When I read the reviews before ordering this pan, I noticed that several people had complained about how difficult it is to open these pans. I was thinking the same thing, but I'm glad I didn't send these back. For the past few months, I've been opening them incorrectly. I'm embarrassed to admit that I'm a complete moron. So, on the sides of the pan, there appear to be four small notches. I've been attempting to open the pan using these four notches, which has proven to be difficult at times. Anyway, I came here to write this review because I'm sure others are doing something similar. Using the long notch between the two smaller notches is the proper way to open these pans. As a result, the pan has two long notches, one on each of the pan's longer sides. Duh! It's that simple! It's no longer a problem to get the pans open. I bought two of these pans and now that I know how to open them, I'm completely in love with them. I hope this review has been useful to some of you.
I absolutely adore it! Instead of buying a cake for my daughter's birthday, I decided to make one myself, and I needed a good baking pan with a lid. The pan was non-stick to the point of being unusable. I didn't have to use non-stick because I followed the instructions exactly. For the First Time Ever, I didn't use any additional spray or anything! The cake was easy to remove from the pan. In addition, cleaning the pan was a breeze. I simply ran it under extremely hot water until everything melted away, then used dish soap and a sponge to clean it. If I can find them, I'd like more in various sizes and shapes! br>br>Also, I saw a lot of other people complaining about how difficult it was to remove the lid. No, it isn't the case. I'm not sure what they were thinking, but the lid seals tightly on the pan, keeping the cake safe, soft, and moist for days while also being super easy to remove. One side at a time is all that should be done.
This pan comes in handy for a variety of baked goods. Everything that has been stated and described is correct. You can tell it's a winner as soon as you open the box. The quality of the material and workmanship is excellent. I DO NOT put my bakeware in the dishwasher, but it is very easy to clean by hand. This is a non-returnable item. a stick surface that lives up to its promise While those who aren't Although the stick finish is safe to use with metal utensils, I do not use any heavy metal utensils. I only use a standard inner knife to cut/slice food in this pan; anything that requires a sharp edged knife is taken out. This Circulon bakeware line comes highly recommended by me. It lives up to its promise. Thank you very much. There will be no rust, stickiness, warping, or inconvenient situations.
I found one, but it was made of aluminum, which I avoid cooking with due to its link to Alzheimer's disease. I considered a number of options before settling on this one, which has proven to be a success. It is made of steel and has circulon grooves inside the pan's base, making it heavier than most. It makes cakes that are evenly baked and moist on the inside and out! The cakes slide out easily and do not stick. It's simple to remove the plastic lid. The lid will pop right off if you slide your fingers under each of the long sides and push up. This can be washed in the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended, according to the instructions. Everything slides right off, making hand washing a breeze. The only way to make it better is to pair it with a metal lid.
In this pan, I baked an ice cream dessert and a scallop potato recipe, both of which turned out beautifully. It's simple to clean, nothing sticks, and the pan's cover is extra high. Love it!.
I like how sturdy it is and how non-slip it is. stick, but the lid is nearly impossible to remove, especially for someone with mild arthritis like me. My daughter is having a hard time, too. I'm looking for some ideas. I've only used it a few times, so I can't comment on its durability.
Food did not stick to the pan, and cleaning it was a breeze. I strongly advise you to purchase this pan. You'll be able to put it to good use again and again!.
This pan is extremely durable and well-designed. The quality of the nonstick coating is excellent. However, the manufacturer has changed the lid/cover since the review (which included instructions on how to remove the lid), so those instructions are no longer valid. br>br>The lid has been redesigned and is now more difficult to remove. It Is A Child - It's proof, but it'll take a lot of ssstrength to get it off. br>br>All things considered, this 9" x 13" baking pan is excellent. You'll be glad you did if you order one.
