I'm sorry, but I haven't tried broiling with it yet. However, I frequently use it in the oven and find it to be extremely effective. It's lasted a long time and cleans up easily.
I haven't attempted to make cookie bars, but I have attempted to make brownies. It works just like any other dark pan (you may or may not need to adjust the oven temperature (slightly lower) for the recipe if you've ever baked with a dark pan, as opposed to stainless/aluminum/light gray nonstick, which all cook about the same).

This pan did not meet my expectations in any way. I purchased one, and the coating began to flake off after a few months of use. I figured it might have been a fluke, so I bought a second one to give it another chance, and it did the same thing. I would not recommend purchasing this product because it appears that other reviewers have experienced the same issue.
The coating began to flake off the sides of the pan two months after it was received. I don't even allow regular knives to be used on my pans! I went out and bought some plastic knives. When I contacted the company, they said, "We're sorry, but you've had them for over a month. " I had to throw them all out because it's dangerous to eat food with nonstick coating flaking on it. I will never buy another Rachael Ray product because they are substandard and the company does not stand behind their products.
I had one of these for a long time and loved how sturdy it is and how non-slip it is. It had been a stick. However, after a year or two of use, I noticed that some of the non-electronic components were starting to wear out. When the stick began to flake off, I placed an order for a replacement. br>br>The non-profit organization is a non-profit organization. After the second time we used the pan, the coating started peeling off. When we used a non-silicone spatula to remove some lasagna, the first part chipped off, and I was able to scratch off a section with just my fingernail after I realized what had happened. I've attached a photo of the first spot that chipped off, which is actually rusting, and the second streak, which was chipped off by my nail. br>br> It might still be a good pan to use if you're extra gentle, but I'm going to get something else.
"Dishwasher safe," according to the website, but "hand washing is recommended," according to the product. Dishwasher detergent tablets are not to be used. " This item should not be placed in the dishwasher.
This was purchased to make a vegetable rice dish that is baked for an hour before being divided into eight portions. Other pans didn't work as well, with the rice casserole sticking to the bottom and being difficult to remove. Cleaning up with those pans was always a chore and a pain. After a few uses, part of the pan structure on two of those pans began to peel away, and they had to be discarded. I've been using Rachel Ray's pans for about six months and they've been fantastic. They don't exist. stick. It's a breeze to clean up. The pan structure does not peel. I highly recommend the pan based on my prior experience.
I purchased my pan a few months ago, and I must say that it is the best cake pan I have purchased in years. Although the nonstick coating holds up, I never use steak knives on it; instead, I use a butter knife or plastic utensils. Months later, there are no scratches and no scuffs. This is a great buy because the stick is still holding up.
Pan with a lot of weight. It was very nonstick the first time I put it in the oven. Even the crispy bits on the pan's edge refused to stick when I made a shepherd's pie. Although I didn't buy it for the nonstick feature, it does make cleanup a breeze. I also like the idea of no seams in the corners of the pan, which could trap particulates. This is a well-made pan, and I intend to use it to make a variety of sticky caramel foods.
The "non- After only a few months of use, the "stick" surface has begun to wear and scratch. The grips are turning color as well as the surface. The so- The term "nonstick" refers to a surface that isn't actually nonstick. stick. Food does, in fact, adhere to the surface. It's hard for me to believe Rachel Ray put this pan through its paces in her kitchen for an extended period of time. I believe she just signed this bake pan with her name. This is something I will never buy again.
