Questions & Answers
It all depends on the type of baking you're doing. I only use butter and flour if a recipe calls for it, such as a cake or cinnamon rolls. I never use cooking sprays as directed on the bakeware information sheets, but I do not grease cookies, pizzas, breads, or other baked goods.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We recommend lowering the temperature by at least 25 degrees due to the darker color of the cake pan.

When I first received this pan, I was a big fan. I took good care of it, hand-washing it after each use and immediately drying it. Everything turned out perfectly, and cleanup was a breeze. However, after about 3 1/2 months of light use, the nonstick coating in the corners began to peel away. With patches of the coating peeled off, I'm not sure if it's even safe to use. Only if you're willing to replace it every few months would I recommend this.
This round pan has a depth of three inches. The depth is 25 inches. There are only one of them. The depth is 75 inches. I bought this pan specifically because I didn't have a 2 inch deep pan, and I still don't!.
These pans are fantastic. This is the second time I've bought something like this. The first one lasted for years, but it eventually lost some of its nonstick properties and became difficult to clean. Things do, unfortunately, break down. They're still fantastic in my opinion. Things simply slide out of them and clean up easily. **Update: br>br> This pan has been in my possession since February of this year. I've only used it a couple of times (3 times total). 4 times a month), wash it by hand with a soft cloth. It began peeling in October 2018. During the wiping process, a large chunk of the coating popped off. I still have a couple of Circulon pans that work fine. I still like these pans, but I'm disappointed with them. Unless it happens again, I will most likely continue to buy these.
They're part of the Circulon colored line, which looks great, stacks easily for storage, and feels substantial and sturdy. I haven't used them yet, so I can't say whether they're safe to use in the oven (only) up to 450 degrees without warping or other damage, or how well the surface will hold up to normal cooking and cleaning, but I ordered Dobie pads to clean them as safely as possible. I've always used plain, unattractive baking and sheet pans, so these appear to be exactly what the label claims: elegant. It's also a plus that the labels come off without leaving any residue on the surface. br>br>The steamer pan in the photo is Circulon as well, but it was chosen for a different reason. So far, all of these items have made me extremely happy.
It was simple to clean at first, but it began to peel after a while! It began to bubble after the food was removed from it, making it unappealing! It was a lovely chocolate color on the outside, but not on the inside! I thought I'd be able to use it for a longer period of time!.
I have a blog where I share healthier recipes, and I also do a lot of low-carb cooking. Baking with fat I usually use silicone bakeware because it's the easiest to release baked goods, but I bought this dish because I already own Circulon sheet pans, which have incredible nonstick properties. The nonstick ability of this dish is also incredible, which is unsurprising. My Circulon pans have never warped, chipped, or scratched, and they stay nonstick for a long time; I can't say enough good things about them.
After using Circulon in my new apartment, I'm not sure I'll ever purchase another brand of bakeware. The pots themselves are of excellent quality. Pans is fantastic, and the seller followed through on his promise to complete and ship my order. br>br>I adore, adore, adore this cookware and baking line. It tolerates a lot of wear and tear, as well as mishandling and dishwashers. Naturally, the manufacturer recommends hand washing, but also claims that it is dishwasher safe. This is 100% true, and I can attest to it. Hand washing is simple, but the dishwashing machine is also safe to use. With an eye and food-safety feature, it's hefty but simple to use. design that is appealing.
This is my first purchase from Circulon, and I am now a fan! To put it to the test, I made macaroni and cheese, and the pan held up in the oven without warping. The macaroni and cheese came out perfectly cooked, with no cheese stuck to the pan. It was very easy to clean, and I would strongly advise spending the extra money on a good pan.
