This is a pan I really like. I purchased three of them in order to make a full batch of homemade bread. It makes a good crust and releases easily when properly greased.

DO NOT, however, place them in the dishwasher. I can tell you from personal experience that if you do, the pans will tarnish and you won't get the best results. They never stick when I wash them by hand with hot water and soap. It's possible that you'll need to "tent" the bread with foil to keep the top from browning too much and allow the sides and bottom to finish cooking. I'm very disappointed because it appears to be a bait and switch scheme. When you first get it, it's beautiful, but once you use it, it's ugly and worn out, and that's only after one use. I advise you to refrain from purchasing.
This pan can both cook and crisp whatever you put in it. It's alive and well, and it's finished cooking. It's great for pizza, but I've also used it to make crostatas, croutons, and even roasted vegetables (with a pan underneath). It's also great for reheating anything that needs to be crispier.
