That catches my attention. Mine has been used numerous times and has proven to be durable enough for my family and baking schedule. We never, ever put it in the dishwasher, I'll tell you. It's possible that your dishwasher isn't treating it well. Perhaps you simply have a defective pan. I love mine and would recommend it to anyone, especially because of the silicone handles, which make it easy to remove from the oven and carry to the table. In addition, it has a sophisticated appearance. Please accept my condolences if you are suffering from flaking. For the past few years, mine has held up well.

The Anolon 5-piece set, which includes the 9"x 9" pan, two round cake pans, cookie sheet, and cooling rack, was my first purchase. I enjoyed baking with them so much that I purchased a 9"x 13" pan. This is a sturdy bakeware set that can be used on a daily basis. It's a breeze because I strictly adhere to the manufacturer's baking and cleaning instructions. This product comes highly recommended from me. br>**UPDATE** (Feb. 2015) I've had this bakeware for almost two years, and the bottom of the 9"x9" pan's coating is starting to flake off. I use the 9"x9" pan the most, but the other Anolon pans in the set haven't given me any trouble. I'm cautious about how I clean the pans, but after two years of regular use, it's possible that on rare occasions I'll let one soak overnight. I'm surprised and disappointed that this has turned into a problem, so I'm downgrading from 5 to 3 stars. I need to replace the 9"x9" pan, and it isn't going to be Anolon. As long as the nonstick coating on the other pans in the set does not flake off, I will continue to use them.
However, I roasted garlic potatoes the night before yesterday. Now it's time to start roasting the cut-up vegetables. Although peeling potatoes isn't exactly brain surgery, getting them out of the pan, whether it's glass, metal, or even foil-lined, is a difficult task no matter how much oil is used. They cling to everything, and I have to chisel them out by hand. But not with this fantastic new gift I purchased for myself. When I shook the pan just a little, they actually moved. The biggest surprise came when I slid the pan onto my thick and large acrylic landing pad and had to stop it from sliding further. Nothing has ever been able to accomplish this. I just had to scoop out the potatoes at this point. Apart from silicone spoons and spatulas, nothing else comes into contact with this pan. We're not going to take any chances - Simply spooning the potatoes into the serving bowl was a delight. br>br>I'm excited to make a cake that doesn't turn out like a "crumb" cake. I enjoy frosting cakes in the pan, but the pieces don't always come out looking neat.
A high-quality meat loaf pan with an insert that drains liquid and cooks the meat without boiling it in its own juice, resulting in a meatloaf that isn't rubbery. The quality is excellent, and the low cost is a bonus. It is something I strongly suggest.
I've used it to make several cakes, and there's no need to coat it in anything, and cleanup is a breeze. I've also baked chicken in the oven with it - It is something I strongly suggest.
I was blown away by the quality of this pan, as well as how attractive it was. The lid is well-made and secures the container. I made a cake the same day I got it, and I believe it baked more evenly than other pans I've used.
My granddaughter wanted to learn how to bake a cake, so I bought this pan to make it easy for her to take her cake home. We liked how the cake turned out, and the pan can be washed in the dishwasher.
This pan, like the others, is incredibly easy to clean and well constructed. It's especially appealing to me because it has a lid! I just wish I could buy the lid separately for the same pan I bought before that didn't come with one. I would strongly suggest it.
Fantastic quality, sturdy, and perfectly cooked my cake! Love it! I was always overcooking with my lovely copper pan. and it was a complete success!!.
