In these pans, I've baked at temperatures as high as 450°F. I've never had to raise the temperature of anything I bake or roast.
Not sure- I only cover and refrigerate the food because I don't microwave it.

It works flawlessly! I made the best brownies, and after removing them from the oven and allowing them to cool, all I had to do was cover them with the lid, and they stayed moist and delicious for a week! It's a little difficult to remove the lid; you have to sort of pop the side off, but it's great because it's so secure and keeps your food super fresh! I'm overjoyed that I purchased it! I strongly suggest it!.
I'm not sure what else to say except that the weight of these pans pleasantly surprised me! They're big enough that I'm sure they'll be around long after I'm gone! They'll be used to cook in by my granddaughter. Maybe she'll pass them down to her children! br>br>These cook in a uniform manner. I'm just blown away by them, in case you couldn't tell! Oh, my goodness! br>br>Oh, my goodness! br>br>Oh, my goodness! Do not use the dishwasher to clean them! They're lightning quick. Hand washing is simple. That is precisely what they require to live longer!.
My issues with these pans are that they don't have nearly as much of a lip around the top as most of my pans, making them a little more difficult to pick up or lift out of the oven, and the lids can be difficult to remove.
Pans for quiche and brownies Many similar pans have a wide flange around the edge, making them too big to fit in the air fryer. These are the perfect fit. I also like the fact that the lid can be sealed to keep leftovers fresh. What I was looking for.
It was much smaller than anticipated. Not quite deep enough for brownies to be baked in. Metal is a lightweight material. There are far superior options available. Instead, I returned it and purchased a 9x9 Nordic Ware pan, which is ideal and of excellent quality.
I was unsure if I would like these because they were made of a somewhat gleaming and thin metal. They do, however, bake evenly throughout the pan and are delicious. They also look fantastic after a dishwasher wash, which isn't always the case with metal pans. I'm also a big fan of the covers. For me, a baking pan with a tight-fitting lid is essential.
These stainless steel baking pans, which are 8" x 8" in size, are fantastic. I've been baking with aluminum and glass for decades, but I wanted this specific size and read that stainless steel was far superior. My cake turned out beautifully and baked much faster than I expected. br>The lids are easy to remove and fit perfectly. br>I strongly advise you to check them out.
The lids are extremely difficult to remove, making this a great pan for storing baked goods. Aside from that, they're fantastic.
