They are excellent pans, despite the fact that it does not state so. I'm a retired chef who started working in kitchens in April of 1968.

And, really, two batches are preferable to one, right? br>br>These pans are surprisingly durable and clean up quickly. Even if the recipe doesn't specify it, I use baking spray before using. I hand wash because running stainless steel in the dishwasher has a tendency to darken the finish, and I prefer the nice, bright ss finish. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you get these.
The quality is poor. It's only been used twice and has a few small rust spots.
The product is very easy to clean and is made of stainless steel, so it has replaced my aluminum pan. (This is due to the reaction of aluminum with heat. ) ) I use it in my toaster/convection oven as well as in my regular oven. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.
Stainless steel bakeware, in my opinion, is the best available. The value of the set of three pans is exceptional. These pans are simple to clean and, if done correctly, will always look great. Coated bakeware appears unclean after a few uses. These pans are not among them. Because of how easy it is to clean this bakeware, whatever is made in it looks much more appetizing wherever it goes.
I needed a litter pan for my cat, but the only ones I could find were plastic. These pans were purchased so that I could have a chew-proof litter pan. Simply drill a hole in the side and secure the cage with a screw and wing nut. The corner pan is perfect!.
They're great because you don't have to worry about scratching off the non-scratch material. You can get rid of them by scrubbing them. Great pans on the whole.
I like how they look; they're sturdy, simple to use, and easy to keep clean.
These pans were purchased with the intention of being used by two people. They performed admirably at temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as when broiling. I always spray the pan with Pam before cooking, and it always comes out clean. This product comes highly recommended by me.
