Questions & Answers

Where can PTFE be found in nonstick materials?

There is no reason for it to happen. All of them really appeal to me. A simple cleanup is required.

To what purpose does the insert serve? What kind of cake pan comes only with one kid? I understand the description is about inserts, but please explain what it means. How are you?

For the meat loaf pan and one of the cookie sheets, there is an insert. In order to drain grease from the meat loaf pan, it has a drainage hole. Cooking bacon on a cookie sheet insert in the oven is my go-to method for cooking bacon. This allows the oil to drain off without making the bottom soggy. I also use it to sit fried food after cooking. I find that it is a great way to keep fried food crisp.

Is it possible to microwave these items?

That's not true at all. This pan is made with metal that has been coated with a nonstick coating to make it nonstick.

This bakeware is made of what material? This does not state what material the sandwich is made of, stainless steel, aluminum. Some people seem to be having problems with their coating coming off? If you know anything about this, please tell me! I don't think that's a good idea. ?

Almost all the food browned on the surface, particularly the edges of the coating within a few seconds of use, however the coating did not come off. The only material that can act this way is aluminum, since stainless steel shouldn't perform this There were a variety of colorful handles on this item, and it was identical to the one Paul Deen and other famous chefs were selling. The item, as usual, twerked, stayed kiddywampa on me, and did not lie flat on me. Silpat was able to line it and washes right off with water. Had to revert to using a Silpat on it and would definitely recommend buying a Silpat for lining any pan.

While I'm not an experienced baker, my products have held up well thus far and I know what the smoke point of oils is
5/5

The items were purchased about 5 months ago and I am not a heavy or hard core In contrast, the baker we replaced (an aluminum model) was covered in lots of burnt on oil and crud that could not be removed with Rather than having their handles in orange, these pans are dark gray with 5-inches The set consists of four pieces. 3/4" x 3" and have Rachel Ray's inscription on them. Maybe this gives them a little contour to keep them from being too slippery, and they match the other colors of RR products. Those who do not There is an inside and an outside to the stick coating. Information on the product states it can be used in the oven up to 500 degrees There are two 9-inch by 12-inch tiles in this set A pie pan that is 2" deep (inch round), and a 9" round The measure is 13 inches by 12-inch An inch rectangle (*2" deep) and 1 - 3 inches in height The following 10x15 An 8"x8" cookie sheet (*1" deep), and a 9"x11" cookie sheet A 5-inch square by an inch square The rectangle (bread pan) should be at least 1/2 inch in depth. As I was unable to see the product depths on the product info, I added them. I'm not a heavy user again, I do not make use of it often. I usually roast veggies or heat frozen foods, like potatoes, at about 450 degrees about once a week. A silicone brush is used to lightly oil the non-metallic parts to prevent cutting or scratching A coating that makes food stick. When it comes to the orange silicone handles, I have tried not to get any oil on them. But, if they get oil on them, I will clean them off. I've never had a problem with the orange handles getting dirty or getting slick. When you do take the pans out of the oven after baking, the silicone handles provide good grip for loading the oven and taking the pans out of the oven. I think the smoke point of oil is one thing to think about when baking. It may have been a problem experienced by other reviewers as well. The attached image shows the smoke rising from the chimney Here are just a few examples of various oil points avocado at 520 degrees, butter at 302, corn at 352, olive oil @ 400, safflower (unrefined) at 235, You will not get any smoke if you cook at a temperature that is higher than that of the smoke detector As you burn your oil, you are likely to burn it on the non-depleted point of your oil After the coating is sened, a rigorous cleaning process is performed, followed by another sened cleaning process. So far, I have blackened a little oil on the coating and cleaned it off with a teflon pad that is friendly to caustics. The pans have so far been a good investment. We need to use this more frequently. Once I've experienced more, I'll be back to report. This is bad! Purchase does not make sense
3/5

It's less than eight months since I bought this set and the non-stick has stuck to the pan Now that the coating has started to peel, the sticks are It is impossible for me to cook my family's food when there is a chance that chemicals could get into it. Neither have I put this set in my dishwasher nor have I used it above 450 degrees in my oven. A brief update They refused to replace these items, and instead told me I needed to call the manufacturer, Meyer, who said we had to pay for the shipping to them, and they would "inspect" it to make sure that I was not the one who caused the problem, and then they would replace it. Ten to fifteen minutes may be required for the process to complete It will be 14 weeks in 14 days! I had a horrible experience with the product and the.

The stains have been terrible after they have been used a dozen or so times
3/5

It's a waste of money to buy them. The bottoms of the loaf have not turned black after going in and out of the oven A peeling coating on a stick. With less than two dozen uses, the clothes have stained deeply and can't be removed due to the penetration of the coating. If you touch the coating with the wrong utensil, the coating will be scratched Since I bought them a year ago they have earned excellent reviews, but now that I've owned them I am still puzzled by how they can do so. Almost 90% of the time I use parchment paper on top of them, and I try to use a rubber spatula in order not to damage the coating, but they still look horrible. If you don't want me to waste my time trying to return them, don't waste your money like I did, just shop smart and save money!.

A warped object
3/5

It was my hope that these pans would live up to my expectations. My favorite part about the sheet pan is that it has silicone handles and is largely nonstick (but it is just ok), but when I used the pan to bake meat I found that there was a lot of fat running down the center, which led it to warp Despite being only on 350 degrees, the oven was still hot. As such, these may be functional, but they easily warp. Please update me with the company's progress. My issue with the pan is what I told you when I called your number. As a result of my instructions, I must Firstly, enter 1. The Rachel Ray website is available at 2. Make sure the account is set up 4. Find the claim form and fill it out. Add top, bottom, front, and side photos of the pan and submit them with the application Then I was told that it would take two to four weeks for a replacement item to be sent after determining if the item had been abused. In addition, I was told the bakeware had no warranty, but that you might consider replacing it since it has been less than 30 days since it was delivered. It was foolish of me to throw away the packaging when I should have simply returned it to Amazon. Can I not afford to buy more Rachel Ray bakeware? How could I purchase the cookware I was considering? Let's forget about It would take too much time and effort to do this with just.

There Is No Guarantee the Product Is Great Just Because It Has a Licensed Name
3/5

The price of a product has more to do with the name on the product than the quality of goods that went into making it, when someone famous licenses his or her name to a product. When a situation seems like a good deal especially, that's the case. We are dealing with such a situation in this instance. Pans like these won't make a difference if you cook in other pans. Those who do not Rubberized hand grips are comfy, too, and have held up in the oven too. It has a nice non-stick surface. From room temperature, both of the larger pans developed significant twisting when they were placed in a preheated oven (350 degrees). Though neither one was completely flat again, the larger one managed to level out within a short time. There are definitely better ones for the same price, even if these aren't the worst.

The coating on these started flaking 2 months after they were delivered
3/5

The coating began flaking off the sides of the pan two months after receiving them. The only thing you can use on my glassware is a regular knife! Knives made of plastic were bought by me. After I contacted the company, they told me they had been idle for more than a month. All of them had to be thrown away, as nonstick coating flaking into your food can be dangerous. This will not be the last time I buy Rachael Ray products! She does not stand behind them and they are inferior products.

This is not better than a cheap pan
3/5

It contains just one pan, and I've hand washed it a few times, but it is not clean despite scrubbing. I bought it in December and it arrived in this condition. Then you won't feel so bad when it gets all cruddy looking and you have to throw it away when you buy the cheap bakeware.
