I did some online research through stores I normally purchase products from and they were just too expensive for the name brand in my opinion, so I went to Amazon and after looking through what felt like a day's worth of baking pans and deciding which set I'd want, I came across these lovely blue with silicone handles that went perfectly with my new kitchen decor. The price was also within my budget, as most of the other pans I was considering cost at least twice or three times as much. I immediately noticed the texture and thickness of the pans when I received them, and as a baker, you can tell if a pan is good just by looking at it. And since I didn't recognize the brand, my expectations weren't too high. Well, let me tell you, I am so glad I bought these because after washing them when they arrived, I decided to put them to the test that night while baking cookies. I decided to use one of these pans and another baking pan I already own, and as you can see from the picture, my old pan had a lot of residue from my cookies sticking to it, whereas with these pans, the cookies came right off and left no mess, so I decided to toss out the old pan. These pans are also easy to clean, which I appreciate. I didn't have to spray them with cooking spray; all I had to do was wipe them down, which went very smoothly. I also used my deep roasting pan to make bread, which came out perfectly, was easy to clean, and had silicone handles that made it easier to remove the pans from the oven. The thickness of the pans is, in my opinion, very professionally done; I've had pans before, many pans, that were so thin that I only got a year or two out of them. But, because of the quality of these pans, I'm confident that I'll be using them for many years to come. I can attest to the fact that these pans are nonstick and will not rust; I've been using them for about a month and have yet to notice any signs of rust. They have such a smooth, sleek feel to them, and I'm not sure how the silicone handles work, but I accidentally took them out of the oven without my oven mitts, and they weren't even hot to touch; it's as if these handles are heat resistant. That's when I realized I'd bought the right set of pans. I also like how well the pizza pan fits a large frozen pizza and cooks it evenly; another thing I like about these pans is that they heat up evenly without the need to rotate them while cooking. If I had to guess, I'd say these pans were designed for professional or commercial kitchens in restaurants, because they're that good in my opinion. Overall, I can assure you that these baking pans will be your last. My expectations were surpassed in a big way.

This is the second time I've bought NutriChef baking pans. I've had the first set for over a year, and they're among the best non-fiction books I've ever read. I've never bought any nonstick pans before. NutriChef pans are of excellent quality in my opinion. They're so well made that when my daughter needed baking pans for her new apartment, I looked for them first. br>These ten pieces include everything you'll need to get started with baking. They arrived in excellent condition, with the pans well-protected. On none of them, there were any scratches or flaws. The pans are made of heavy-duty carbon steel, as evidenced by their size and weight. The scratch-resistant blue diamond ceramic coating is extremely durable. My daughter put the cookie sheet under the broiler and it didn't warp at all. She washed them by hand as well, and the scratchy side of the sponge did not scratch them. She uses at least one of these pans on a daily basis, and they are in excellent condition with no sticking. The extra wide handles with heat-resistant silicone grips are her favorite part of the set. It's great because they're easier to handle when removing items from the oven. These pans have made her very happy, which means I am as well. This is a brand that I will continue to use in the future when I need pans.

I would strongly suggest it. When I went to make cupcakes recently, I realized that I no longer had a cupcake tray, and that due to staining and warping, I was left with only a collection of mismatched bakeware that had seen better days. br>br>I decided to buy this ten-piece set because it claims to be professional quality, heavy gauge carbon steel with diamond coating, and it sounds like it will last a long time. Advantages. br>br> *10 piece set so everything I will need here I can just take everything out of the store, throw out everything, and finally start using the bakingware. The pictures cannot do the set justice, however it just feels so incredibly beautiful in real life right this moment. I am looking for br>br>*Even when hot, there is no warping. You know how when you take baked goods out of the oven, especially cookie sheets, they have a tendency to curve and not sit perfectly flat? This set does not do that at all because the metal isn't pliable when hot, so there is no warping. br>br>Consbr>*The only con is that there is only one loaf pan included, and I make two loaves at a time, so I will need to buy a second one so I can replace my old pan with this one. This purchase has made me extremely happy. br>br> This is by far the best set I've ever owned in terms of quality. I am confident that this set will serve our family well for a long time. I strongly advise anyone looking for bakeware to purchase this set.
