This dish measures 12" by 9" from the top rim to the On the bottom, the trays are smaller (close to 9" by 6") but the sides taper out, so they are able to hold a lot of items.

Often, we did not have enough counter space for family gatherings, which was another problem I set out to solve. Therefore, we were able to go vertical thanks to this product! As an additional measure, I bought rectangle-shaped serving dishes so that the width is less than a dinner plate, but the length is much longer so that more food can be placed on them while taking up less space. We were able to go up too with this product. While the stand is not the greatest, we had no problems when we placed plates on it. Before we had plates on it, it sat crooked but it's inexpensive, and once the plates were in place it leveled everything out. In the case there are currently just dinner plates as your serving dishes, this will definitely elevate (pun intended) the presentation of your food. Neither a down side nor a trade off is apparent to me. makes your guests feel more special when they see it and it looks better than a dinner plate. Plus, you can have more food on your counter in the same footprint, and it's just more like an event. This worked really well and drew lots of comments and couples telling us how it would be great for their next gathering. There are so many possibilities for how it can be used, whether for desserts or meats, or fondue dippers. I can even see how some piece of tiered display furniture can be used only Regardless of what you put in it, you'll always be able to find something to put in here. In addition to using the trays as serving dishes, you can also use them flat if you don't want.
An extra dish is something I wanted but I could not contact the seller. As soon as I got my three tier set of porcelain dishes in the mail, I was a little worried about the possibility of one breaking. looking for another porcelain plate that would store in the tiers, but had no luck, as I had to contact the seller immediately to order another one. I just love how easy it was to assemble this for our dinner party and take it apart and store it. We have more space to display our tasty appetizers for guests, and it adds such a touch of elegance to our set up. When was added food, there was no bouncing or shake at all when the stand held not only the heavy porcelain-like trays but also when added the stand snapped right together in no time. I absolutely loved the trays, they are gorgeous and made from a heavier porcelain-like material that is not easy to break and is very easy to clean.

Despite its fragile appearance, this piece is extremely sturdy. The stand was packaged so well, my plates arrived intact. This is a great stand for everyday use as well as for dinner parties and decor. It encourages my home schoolers to pick fresh fruit off the platters, as I currently use it as a fruit bowl. I'm serving my kids apples, oranges, bananas, and plums on this tiered platter now because the kids like it so much.
Having easy access to cleaning features, easy setups, and even simpler storage makes it a great value. In order to keep it safe, I put it back in the packaging it came in. It really made a pleasant impression on me.
In addition to just cooking dinner, I have also used the ceramic dishes in order to cook a casserole.
