This set is absolutely stunning, and the proportions are ideal for my family. br>I was overjoyed to discover a set in a beautiful teal, almost Tiffany blue color that matched other items I'd gathered over the years. br>Tonight we're making ribs, and I was able to cook a separate rack with allergy-friendly spices for a sensitive family member at the same time as the rest of them, without having to guess which is which because it's in its own dish! br>They're heavy and cook evenly, just like stoneware, and cleanup is a breeze thanks to the enamel coating! It only takes a little soap and water, a clean cloth, and some elbow grease to get the job done. Because of how delicate they are, I was concerned that I would damage them. It's nice that it's packaged together. When I live alone, I only need a small baking container most of the time, but when I have family or friends over, I need a larger one. They're simple to clean, and you won't have to use a lot of elbow grease to get everything clean.

If you value any of your kitchen surfaces, these cooking bakeware pans are a bad investment. When the pans are cast, a ridge forms that hasn't been smoothed out. If you're going to place the dish on a flat surface, you should put something underneath it first. If you place it on your counter, on your fridge's glass shelves, or on the glass top of your oven, and slide it just a little, it'll feel like you're dragging coarse sandpaper across your surfaces. It's terrible! Instead, opt for Corning Ware.

My only complaint is that one of the three had a tiny chip in it when it arrived or when it was in the kiln, which was not completely filled in, but it wasn't worth the trouble to replace. The majority of the time, it's extremely useful and cooks exceptionally well.
